Huawei MateBook D 16

I thought the Huawei was amazing. When this thing came, it blew me away.

.While the MateBook 16 seems like a notebook with the potential to have widespread appeal, the folks I’d most recommend it to are largely still Huawei superfans.

as i said in the title i have a really high temps on my Huawei Matebook D15 (2020) with Ryzen 5 3500u, like 75 degrees while watching YouTube while connected to a charger, and spiking up to 95 degrees in games (for example Genshin Impact, and sometimes even League of Legends which is supposed to work good even on a toaster) which causes serious throttling and is uncomfortable. I have this laptop for about 8 months. I've tried lowering the tdp using Ryzen Controller to 15w, it works but the performance is way too low on this setting.

Caveat emptor. * Backlight bleed is very so so. For a screen boasting 100% sRGB and calibration, you'd expect it to be better.

I'm trying Xubuntu on Huawei Matebook D16, the only problem I found for instant is that I cannot change display luminosity and power button is not responding properly. Also Goodix fingerprint device as no linux driver and not working too.

Same Cinebench scores as the IdeaPad Pro and the MateBook 16, I expected more from this one. Though with that cooling system, you can certainly tune it up on your own, it would've been nice if it had higher performance out of the box. Overall, not the home run I expected it would be.
