I believe these had been sent back before. They came with no directions, the box appeared to have been opened before. Played with them until I got them working but then they quit. Got some direction on line but still had the same problem. Sent them back.

Purchased these for my Mom who is in a Nursing Home..The nursing home provided the first pair and the piece that goes over your ears started coming apart..The Nursing Home said they would NOt be replacing them , so I ordered these for My Mom..She says Everything is good with them

The product worked as advertised, however I felt I was shipped a product that had been returned. The box was ratty and: The english version of the manual was missing. The optical cable was missing.

These earphones have worked wonderfully..Noise suppression would sound better but I didn't pay for that...Great phones for the price..
