The good: I have three of these and there is no popping sound that usually accompanies analog headphones. The over-the-ear fit allows others to read or sleep without having to hear the audio from the T.V.  The bad: The sound fades in and out slightly, which is a minor consideration

 The headphones that are connected to the new Samsung T.V. default to full volume after they go into charging mode on the base station, so if you don't remember that you will be surprised when you put the headphones on and they turn themselves on, temporarily deafening you and defeating the purpose of being silent if someone is sleeping or reading whom you don't wish to disturb.  Some might assume this is a compatibility issue with Samsung, which may be true, but still doesn't solve the problem, which no one seems to know the answer to

These cordless/Bluetooth headphones work pretty good .  Pros: •quick charging • Decent Battery Life •Sorround sound headphones •Bluetooth headphones •comfortable and padded •adjustable • long charging chord •Good price Cons : • The sound goes out on one and or both for a few seconds. • The charging pins could be larger . It can be difficult to get the headphones to charge if you don’t put them in the perfect position

 I often just set them beside me and can hear them fine, without bothering the neighbors on the other side of the TV wall. They do have a quirk, but it might just be my quirk: When they are charged and I take them off of the charging stand, the sound comes on and then goes back off. When I place them on the stand again until the red light comes on, then take them off again, the blue light comes on, and the sound comes on and stays on, which is fine. As I say, it may be my quirk in the way I set it up, but it is not a problem and they work fine
