Laughable. Isn't this supposed to be the leading manufacturer/brand of cleaning robots? What a complete farce.

My roomba 960 is extremely picky about charging and has to be situated on the dock just right or it won't charge. I have to spend a while slightly nudging it left/right/up/down until it sits perfectly correct and charges. And during that whole process, every time it makes proper contact for a split second then comes off, I'm greeted with another blast of "PLEASE CHARGE ROOMBA" until I'm ready to burn my house down.

I had an iRobot 960. It was loud, and it would almost never make it back to the dock. I bought an S6 to replace it and immediately bought 4 more and threw it out.

Hi!. I recently sold my iRobot Roomba 960 and Braava jet m6.

I have it going every other night, have zone marked (via app) so that it won't go near my cat's litterbox and accidentally drag poop across the rest of my floor. The self emptying is key. I only have to replace the bag every 3 months instead of dumping the vacuumed junk into the garbage. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and messy kids.

Anyways, around 2 - 3 years ago, my old Roomba finally went kaput and I upgraded to a Roomba 960 model. Well, wouldn't you know it, the charging port looks the exact same as my older model. Literally no tweaks done to improve the design. Guess what starts happening?
