Any of the jbl series speakers are waterproof (except for partybox series) but I would recommend the JBL Boombox 2. It's very loud, 24hour "claimed" battery life, and you can submerge it in water for up to 30min 1meter.

JBL Boombox 2 vs. UE Hyperboom

It has a built-in microphone that it calibrates the speaker's sound to whatever it is indoors or outdoors big difference in sound between the boombox 2 and the original is really the bass. It goes deeper, it has more punch to it, while the power rating is a little higher for the boombox to its top volume is about the same as the original.

Best wireless Bluetooth boom box for 2022

You can play your favorite music on the go with a supercompact portable Bluetooth speaker that travels well and weighs just a few ounces. But if you're looking for monstrous sound with thumping bass, you have to step up to one of the jumbo models. They don't always look quite like the boom boxes of ...

JBL Boombox 2

The JBL Boombox 2 is a mid-sized speaker that's fairly suitable for most uses. Its mid and treble ranges are fairly well balanced, so it can clearly reproduce vocals and lead instruments. However, it lacks a bit of low bass, so you may not feel the deep thump and rumble of bass-heavy genres like EDM

Not as good as the first boombox

After owning the boombox 1 which is $100 to $200 cheaper depending on if it’s on sale, I can say in full confidence that the boombox 2 is not worth the extra money. It’s not even worth it if the price was the same as the first generation. Switching to the 2nd one, the bass has decreased significantl...

I’ve owned two partybox 100’s plus a boombox 2…YES of course one partybox 100 is louder and more bass, significantly..:but when I had two partybox’s it was a really big pain to transport them to the beach and on boats, and to ...

The Holy Grail of Bluetooth Speakers

If I had to use a word to describe the JBL Boombox 2 it would definitely be "BEAST"!

The sound that comes out of the Boombox 2 is unreal!

This speaker gets LOUD and I happily say that without distortion. The highs and mids are clear and crisp, but definitely the best and most impressive featur...
