 They sounded well-balanced, with fairly natural sounding mids and meaty bass that's pretty well defined (read: not boomy). You're dealing with Bluetooth streaming so you're not going to get as clean or detailed sound as you would with a good pair of wired headphones, but most people should be pleased with the sound quality.   

 However, the Jabra, which doesn't have sports fins (but still manages to stay in most people's ears securely) is the more comfortable earphone. It's just a little smaller and you feel it in your ears a little less. Of course, with these types of in-ear headphones, their fit varies from person to person and some earphones just won't be a good match for your ears.

The earphones are equipped with 5.8 millimeter drivers and are fully waterproof, with an IPX7 rating, which means you can submerge them in 3 feet/1meter of water for up to 30 minutes. I liked the idea of these ear buds but I can’t for the life of me get them to stay comfortably in my ears. For context, I am an average adult male, I don’t usually struggle with things not fitting me.  Key thing to emphasize - I’ve tried all the various sizing customization pieces included with the buds, but I can’t get the right ear bud to stay securely and comfortably in my ear. To be clear, with the wrong fit these will fall out my ears without even moving, and with the best fitting combination I can get them to mostly stay but they are extremely uncomfortable (borderline painful in that my ear is moderately irritated/sore after wearing them a few hours)

Don’t stay in my ears - not for long/hard running

 I was looking forward to enjoying them, but when I tried to make a phone call, it wouldn't even show up as a device in the Phone app. I have a Pixel 4a that works with numerous other Bluetooth headsets flawlessly. See the screenshot for the error that appears in the Bluetooth menu. I called JBL support (horrible customer service) and all they wanted to do is ship me a new one

 I got a new one from my retailer and it did the exact same behavior. I also tried paring with a Samsung Note 20 Ultra and that did not even successfully pair (music or phone calls). As others have stated, there is no firmware update to possibly fix this problem. I am disappointed and will keep searching for the best earbuds

Sound great for music; won't work for phone calls

I was really looking forward into falling in love with them but unfortunately there were too many compromises. I got these earbuds and there are many great things and not so great I have to say about them . Pros: Amazing fit IPX7 water resistant Great battery life Good built quality  Cons: No ANC No EQ settings app No auto play or pause when removed from ear. No transparecy mode No firmware updates Bass is good but not as good as the Jabra elite 75t Price is high compared to the lack of features

I've been using these daily for a week now, I'm going to give a quick essential summary.  -Sound quality is fine, but not great. It's not much better or worse than any other Bluetooth set I've used. -Comfort is the real stand out of these headphones

Fine Gym headphones with a few issues

  You can always fix it by re-charging the earbud that didn’t sit in the charger JUST right…. or by turning your Bluetooth on and off 5 times until they actually connect to your phone and stay there.  But after the 100th time or the 300th time doing this, I kinda just wish I had gone with a less expensive pair that didn’t have these problems

When they work flawlessly, which is about 80% of the time, they’re excellent.  But about 20% of the time, they’re either failing to charge, failing to connect, or failing to maintain that connection.  You can always fix it by re-charging the earbud that didn’t sit in the charger JUST right…. or by turning your Bluetooth on and off 5 times until they actually connect to your phone and stay there
