KitchenAid 9 Speed Hand Mixer and a Brioche Dough

 On the positive side, the warming drawer is helpful but you can't put in anything too tall- and by tall, I mean a dish with a lot of food on it. The warming burner works really well and is a great feature. While I like this range and it looks beautiful, I would consider a different brand next time around. I'm sorry to be so critical, but customer reviews are important both to other consumers and the company

Mediocre Range

 The new range doesn't fit, sticks out too far from cabinet and the height is not tall enough for my 38" high cabinet including countertop. Apparently the legs don't adjust high enough, so I am forced to either get all new countertops or put the stove up on blocks, which looks very tacky. The frame because of the bottom warming drawer isn't strong enough to hold if we braced it with 2 X 4 blocks. I am very disappointed as I have spent a lot of time and money to try to resolve this problem

  UPDATE: After several months of use, I am convinced that this beater's top speed is not as fast as my old mixer. However, in the horsepower department, this thing is like a big block Ford in a room full of smoking Datsuns. I think you could mix cement with it.

Kitchen Aid's State of the Art Atomic Age Technology Crushes All Other Hand Mixers, even ones that haven't been invented yet.

 It was applied crooked, but I'm afraid I will tear it up if I try to correct it. My previous Kitchen Aid had a sturdy, bendable metal for the banner and the appliance seemed to be built out of sturdier plastic. The overall new appliance seems to be covered with a lighter plastic. Since this is the way appliances and everything else is made now, I don't have any recourse in a hand-held mixer in this price range
