The price is slightly on the higher side of the market compared to other brands like Ducky, SteelSeries or Razer.  The board is really well made, it's well constructed, it is solid, there is no flex, it hardly moved when on my desk mat while gaming or typing. The attention to detail is good like the edges of the buttons are smooth and it just oozes that premium feel. As for the switches they are the mechanical GX switches with the double shot PBT keycaps and you can choose between tactile, linear or clicky. We got the tactile brown version so bear that in mind when I talk about noise and so forth

 In the box you get a power cable, receiver, sticker and some instructions plus this spongy cloud effect wrist pad which at first I thought was a little bit odd and because of the cloud pattern the pad didn't sit flush with the bottom of the keyboard but after using it it actually doesn't really matter. Now in terms of performance and using the keyboard it's been an absolute joy. The board is really well made, it's well constructed, it is solid, there is no flex, it hardly moved when on my desk mat while gaming or typing.  But build quality is good overall.  Charging took over two hours and I first tried to connect via Bluetooth. Having connected the G705 mouse first to my PC, I thought there wouldn't be any issues connecting the keyboard.  WELLLL

Is it Really a Gaming Keyboard?

 I would have expected more from the overall quality of the keyboard and wrist rest. The keycaps feel cheap, the wrist rest is a far cry from even a cheap alternative that glorious gaming offers. If you are going to drop $200 then there are better options. If you can, do your own build

 Just like with a pc, if you build it yourself the quality goes up while cost goes down.

 Also, G Hub recognizes the keyboard in all three pairing modes. Software for other unnamed wireless keyboards I've had only recognize wired mode. Yuck.  Quality: There is no creaking when bending, there is no deck flex and the keycaps are reasonably thick, instead of the paper thin ABS seen on other big brand boards

  Price: Yes it's a bit high, but it's a gaming keyboard. You don't NEED it and there are cheaper options that do an arguably better job with completely different gimmicks. Also the palm rest is 35 bucks alone and Logi has to recoup the cost of all those LEDs somehow. If you like the aesthetics and have a credit card, you can't go wrong

 Yuck.  Quality: There is no creaking when bending, there is no deck flex and the keycaps are reasonably thick, instead of the paper thin ABS seen on other big brand boards. Still, I tossed them in a bag and put on my own immediately upon receiving. Also invest in double sided tape or rubber grippy feet if you want to use the cloud palm rest, it slides all over the place

 This has more lighting options, with a volume wheel I love, but that feels like the end of the road, and maybe would justify the additional 30-50 dollars I suppose, but not nearly 110.  If I had to say though, I feel like the price will come down eventually, and I do not hate the keyboard as it is amazing! However, you have to want this look to justify the cost and maybe that is why it is the price it is. I find that the keys are well spaced, it feels intuitive to type on as I am writing this review using the keyboard now. The amount of pressure for the keys feels great, and sometimes I am tricked into thinking I didn't press a key when I actually did so a simple correction has to be mad
