Hk go play(has battery issues though),  marshall stanmore. Klipsch the one is a good speaker but marshall stanmore is a better buy and is similar to klipsch the 3. Or audio pro c10 or riva festival if its available at your place.

I’ve had a JBL for four years and loved it. Soundcore gets mentioned a lot, Sony, Klipsch, Audioengine, Minirig. I prefer to have a one-piece set and not multiple speakers linked for stereo or a separate sub. Thanks!

$300 budget. Need the crispest, clearest sound available for the $, for both treble and bass. Suggestions?

Love it, but it stopped working

 Among the changes in version 2 we still use aptX for audio for devices that support it which does not include iOS but it does include a new iOS app counterpart where you can kind of do a few different things including tweaking the audio. Instead of relying on the speaker itself to change those knobs you can go through a bunch of adjustable EQ presets for things like rock music. It'll automatically adjust it to that specific style of music. You can also use the app to couple a pair of speakers together for a stereo pair

 It's not a portable speaker so it's gonna sit on your shelf and play music. You're not really gonna see that back all too often though it would have been nice to see a little bit more design go into it. Connecting now is better thanks to Bluetooth 5 upgraded from the Bluetooth 4 series we had in the past. Playing music back it sounds still great though at the most high levels we did notice a tad bit of distortion but not necessarily terrible more of just full volume at a rock show kind of distortion

 We definitely love the upgrades here but the Stanmore still feels a little overpriced. We think there's better value going with the Woburn though it is quite a bit more expensive. If you can spring out the extra cash go for the Woburn. However if you like the look and the style of the Marshall Stanmore 2 you can't go wrong

This thing sounds amazing. What kills me is the control design. It doesn't power on when power is supplied to the unit, so if you have an advanced power strip or smart plug you can forget about using it with this unit. To make things worst, if it powers off on it own (because you can't use a smart plug), you have hold down the power switch for 2 seconds 2 times

Great sound,  very poor control design

 So please take it to the grain of salt. Now coming down to the price there are two versions of their speaker. One is with the voice assistant and second one is without. And for the pricing it is 250 dollars on Amazon US and 30,000 rupees in India

 I am not sure. Now one more thing I don't like about the speaker is that even though you have inbuilt mics but you cannot take calls from this. So just to give you a test how good this mic is, I mean how far it can pick your sound. Let's do a quick audio test

 But what I can do is I can record the sound quality of the speaker and I can record the sound quality of the speaker. But what I can do is I can record the sound and you can have a rough estimate of how it sounds. It's very rough. You would only get an idea as there are a lot of things that is altering the sound like the room I'm recording this, mic used, earphones you are listening to etc

 Anyone who worships sound quality definitely won't be disappointed. Also just to get it before I forget these are quite loud according to me and for the specification it's like 101 decibels at one meter of distance. It's like a chainsaw at one meter distance. Now I would love to invite everyone to the office and listen to it but you know that's not feasible

Marshall Stanmore 2 Review - Worth it?

A Marshall might be a good option, I have a Stanmore II (not a portable one, but they have a portable lineup using similar if not identical hardware) and it sounds fairly good. Keep in mind that, since you do want portable, there are only so many options out there for portable with good sound quality (and they will often be on the upper end of your budget!). Specifically, you could look into a Marshall Stockwell II or Kilburn II.

I care alot about sound quality so i was wondering what would be the best portable bluetooth speaker.ive been looking around and im seeing some stuff but not any difinitive one thats best. Im looking for something in the price range of $130-300 thats gonna sound real and warm as well as being able to easily distinguish between instruments with great bass,mids and treble.Gonna be listening to alot of Radiohead so im also worried about getting a speaker and it being muddled because of all the different layers and frequencies.If anyone could help me out with some options that would be awesome,thanks!

NEED HELP, LOOKING FOR PORTABLE BLUETOOTH SPEAKER.

NOT WIRELESS!!!

 Now Marshall does have a coupling feature, but you can only pair up the two speakers together and it only works with the Acton 2, Stanmore 2, or Woburn 2. So even though its nice Marshall has a coupling feature now its a little behind compared to JBL's ultimate ears and Sony's pairing features. Even though Sony still needs to work on theirs. But over all, I think the Marshall Stanmore 2 is a good option to consider if you just want one at home speaker

 The Stanmore 2 however does have that classic Marshall design that I personally like. We've got a highly tumble leather looking body with a woven fabric grille on the front and brushed metal accents adorning the speaker. The control panel is perhaps my favorite part of this speaker, it just screams build quality. The power switch has very deep gnarling, you've got 3 control knobs up top and the source and multipurpose buttons have a lot of tactile feedback

 So that's where something like the Stanmore 2 comes in. Its slightly bigger than the Xtreme 2 but it gives the boombox a run for its money when it comes to sound quality and bass. Before I started using NordVPN I would never use public wifi cause I didn't want to risk having my data exposed. Which meant any time I traveled or was in a dead zone in the city I would have little to no internet on my phone

 Now we'll dive deeper into these control knobs in a minute, but over all I'm a really big fan of Marshall's more sophisticated and timeless design that's going to look good in almost any living room you place it. Regarding ports, the Stanmore 2 still has a 3.5 millimeter audio jack up top for wired listening. And I like that Marshall still has an audio jack on the newer speakers cause some manufacturers are starting to remove the audio jack on some of their newer speakers
