Five Star Car Stereo

 So What you have here is a Bluetooth speaker, two tweeters to give you a stereo image from one speaker,, a nice big six-inch woofer, and an amp designed specifically for this speaker array, which is gonna put out about a hundred watts of power. We've been listening to them in here and this is quite loud and does a really nice job,. sounds like you would expect from Morel. You can also pair it with another one to have actual stereo sound, so you can have a left and a right Hogtalare in your system as well

It does get its music from Bluetooth, as well as an aux input. There's a USB input on the back, so you can plug in like a Chromecast device if you want to make it a Wi-Fi speaker as well,

 This is not super deep, it's only about six inches deep so it doesn't even take up this entire shelf here. Like I Said, sounds amazing, looks great, pretty innovative product, a little different than something we've seen before, so we wanted to make sure we caught it here at CES 2020. The Hogtalare supports Bluetooth 4.2 with AptX, but not AAC. While it&rsquo;s a fairly big speaker, it isn&rsquo;t very deep, at least in physical volume (and therefore in bass response). It has a woofer, not a subwoofer, and while it has a bass reflex port, it doesn&rsquo;t reach into sub-bass ranges

 If you want to spend a bit less while still filling the room with sound, the Amazon Echo Studio offers Amazon Alexa voice integration and Dolby Atmos surround sound thanks to multiple angled drivers for just $200. So while the Hogtalare looks and sounds just right on on a Kallax shelf, it doesn't hold up quite as well elsewhere.

 While it&rsquo;s a fairly big speaker, it isn&rsquo;t very deep, at least in physical volume (and therefore in bass response). It has a woofer, not a subwoofer, and while it has a bass reflex port, it doesn&rsquo;t reach into sub-bass ranges. It still can get quite loud, easily producing enough sound to fill a living room or small apartment.&nbsp;

The kick drum in Fleetwood Mac&rsquo;s &ldquo;The Chain&rdquo; sounds full and natural, not thunderous, but with plenty of bass presence through the Hogtalare. The guitar plucks and strums sound clear and full, with plenty of resonance in the lower frequencies and texture in the higher frequencies. The vocals also come through very well in the mix, prominent enough to stand out against the other elements.

 At First, I didn't even know it was there in the room because they had it sitting in some of those Ikea shelves where it just blends in beautifully,. Then they turned it on and I was just blown away by how much sound it really made.. It was absolutely incredible

We Were quite surprised by just how much bass and overall sound this thing really puts out, and it sounds great. We've been playing around with it here in studio and we thought it might be nice to play it live in this video, So we set up a microphone, it's a Zoom H6, it's a stereo mic about 2 feet in front of this speaker, so hopefully you at home will be able to hear just how good this sounds like. we are hearing it in the studio

 To be clear, it does plug into a wall outlet; it says ‘wireless’ in the sense that you can connect it to sources wirelessly (like Bluetooth). Slightly misleading, but an understandable tiny translation error or oversight, when you consider that the manufacturer doesn’t use English as their primary language. Overall, I would say to IMMEDIATELY get a couple if you can get them for less than $300, or definitely give it a shot for $300-450, but I would still say the sound is worthy of $500-600. Last but certainly not least… THIS THING IS VERY LOUD

 This handles classical and rock just as easily as EDM and country. I still havent turned them up to 100 percent volume out of fear of getting a noise complaint. I've put these up against any of the similarly sized google, sonos, or UE/JBL speakers, and they definitely come out on top, in my opinion.

 I looked into Morel and had faith in the quality of the product and they delivered. I cant say I was as impressed when only using one speaker, but in stereo mode - definitely worth it. For those concerned with the lack of wifi/smart speaker capability, they are extremely easy to set up with a google smart display by setting the Hogtalare as the default speaker in the Home App, and then setting the speaker to "Auto power on" when it senses an input. The base is full, deep and rich, the mids and highs are clear without sounding too piercing

 I've put these up against any of the similarly sized google, sonos, or UE/JBL speakers, and they definitely come out on top, in my opinion.

I'll start by saying I have two of these set up in Stereo mode- but I do not regret the purchase in the slightest. I recently moved into a smaller furnished place and gave up my powered receiver/free standing vandersteen speakers, so I wasnt sure what to expect when i picked these up, but I was not disappointed.
