 Now this knife. It's not a lightweight knife, it it's not too heavy either. it's a comfortable weight. It balances well at least I find it balances well in my hand and the cup is really good

 it cuts so well, so easy. Let's get this radish the same thing way for thin cuts and here I have some cooked chicken Again, see how thin the cuts are. just glides through so it's a great knife. I didn't press down at the bottom

 you have a finger guard prevent you cutting yourself and you also have a nice sharpener. There's not too many knives that come with sharpness, but there you go. you have a knife sharpener as well. So when you if you use the knife a lot and when the blade eventually starts to dull a bit, you've got something to show you

 If you're somebody that you're a little scared so you don't have to worry about hitting yourself. Yeah and then you could just go right up to the finger guard and move it a little back. do your next little area just like that. So let me clean off the cardboard and I'll get out of chicken

 but yeah, cut through that no problem. You wipe the blade off all right and it still looks perfectly edged I don't see any little chips and he Nixon in her it at all and I was going through bone and cartilage and let me grab up piece of paper here for my cabinet.  I mean it is. Here's the balance point. So about right where the handle meets the blade, right where you want it. It's got a nice comfortable feel

 It also comes with these little protectors in the box which of course you want to pull off when you're when you're about to use it and in the box here. Once you do that, you get this cool sheath. So this little sheath here that's going in there like so. so when you're carrying it around, you don't end up cutting your own legs off and guessing there's now we're all protected before you have to get out there doing that stuff

 we're gonna go. We're gonna go test this downstairs and for dinner and see what we think. [Music] All right my friends run back and we use this for dinner. I've washed it up, cleaned it back up
