Nothing major but the technician that came was very experienced and sorted out the problem quickly. When he looked at my fancy thick golden coax cable we had bought to connect our Netgear CM2000 modem he said that those expensive looking cables are just that, expensive looking.

Of the ones I've personally seen in the field, I recommend the SB8200 or the Netgear CM2000 if you want to be slightly more future proof. More than likely will start sending more than 1 gig in the next year or two. Also the current gig offering is provisioned for 1200 down, real world speed of about 1120 with capable devices, not that it's actually worth upgrading an entire network to 2.5g+ for an extra ~200 mb hardwired.
