And this, the Omron Evolve, will help me keep a track automatically of my blood pressure so I can highly, highly recommend it.

Both Apply watch and Fitbit are working on adding bp monitoring to their watches but this won’t happen for another year or two. I would prefer to find an arm monitor without the wires, the omron evolv would be great but it can’t be used for 24 hours.

But then again my BP always seems to be lower when it's taken manually than it is with the automatic cuffs. I think I'll take the Evolve to check against the manual machine at my next appointment.

I use an OMRON evolve wireless cuff and have brought it to the hospital when I was admitted and it was accurate and similar to their measurements. A little pricey but I like the app and it’s easy to bring places or throw in a bag. I’m not sure on sizing exactly though.
