I will second the Osprey Arcane line. They know their harnesses, and while the Arcane stuff isn't as nice as their hiking packs they're better than most other backpacks.

I would go with the Arcane. I’m a big fan of both brands but if a back panel is important for you, the Osprey padded mesh is going to be a lot more comfortable and breathable which is especially important if you live somewhere warm.
