 So what I like to do usually too is pack clothes between the jugs and that way they don't move around and shift and then we have a pillow for sleeping so we'll just put that right on top just like that and then you tighten it with this so it's nice and snug and you can put these down and clip these up all right. So then there is a top compartment too. and I usually like to put snacks and stuff in there. So right now what we love for hiking is freeze dried meals and then clif bars too just for something to munch on

 It doesn't press against your back and it also is just super breathable too. So now we'll go through all the compartments of the pack and that way you can see everything about it all right. So inside the pack if you guys can see that, lots of storage for stuff, even have a little compartment here you can put stuff in. So I like to put my sleeping bag on the bottom and so we'll grab this one

 and then we'll move around to the back of the pack and there's nice places here that you can put your phone, you can put other snacks in there and that's on both hips. And another nice thing about this is it has adjustable shoulder straps so this way you can adjust it for, um, whatever feels the most comfortable, and you can also go to Rei and get fitted at no cost to you. This pack also does have a place for a bladder and I don't use one so I don't have a bladder on this one, but it has the hookups and everything for that so I'll put it on for you guys so you can see what it looks like. super comfortable and then always make sure you loosen these before you put it on so we'll just get that tightened up for my hips that way most the weights resting on that

 Next we have water jug so these are empty but usually when you go hiking they're full so this is just so we can show you guys this is two gallon jugs. Yep. 5". So, small torso size pack. The belt pockets are very far back on the belt and cannot be zipped or unziped without a round of gymnastics to reach them. Maybe my backside is

 I can see some tearful treks in my future with this midevil torture device. I will be returning it. It makes me sad.

maybe I am just too dang big (fat) for this pack. This review is just based on comfort and not function as I will never be able to tolerate usinging it to test its actual functionality because it is about as comfortable as one might imagine a bear trap, clamped at the hips, would be. Maybe it would be amazing if I lost 65 pounds. I guess the search continues

It's probably not intended for chunky folk like me.

 I want to mention that they bring the seams away from any point that comes into contact with your body.. They move the seams up to the top, so it is really innovative, makes it very comfortable and again really cuts down on hot spots.

 Anyway, my best advice is to try this on in-store with some weight in it, and be honest with yourself about weather or not it will be comfortable after the first mile. I'm sure it's a great backpack for some people, but it's not for everyone! Good luck!

Best water bottle pockets <3 but rigid belt HURTS!

 That just helps like compress everything and make for a tighter backpack feel. you don't want your items to move around a whole lot. like I said. that's that front mesh pouch which is where I always stored my sandals extra layers that I might need for the day or that I took off from the morning

 Like I said earlier, store my sleeping bag and some other heavier items in there and then these are the straps that go over that. Um yeah, that's pretty much it guys. that's pretty much it guys. Thanks so much for watching this review of the Osprey backpack here

 So before I did that I thought I would review it and tell you all about it. Anyway, this is the Osprey Aura G a 65 litre. Um, quite large. Honestly, as you can see, 65 litre is awesome I bought it on sale at REI It usually runs for about 260 and I think I got it for 180 so just wait for those sales

 Totally worth it. And during the review I will insert a couple of pictures of me wearing it on the Pacific Crest Trail as well as like how I set it all up and everything. So as you can see, it has this mesh backing which is really nice for air flow. you don't get a sweaty, the backpack doesn't get soaked that kind of thing and this is adjustable as well

Could have been 4-5 stars

 You don't feel that you carry heavy loads with this backpack and of course the hip belt I with my forearm backpack. I have so much problem with my hip bones and also with my collarbones. I had so much pain I was really swollen and blue on under my hipbot. This backpack makes such a big difference on the hiking experience

 The pros: definitely overweight The cons and I recommend it to anyone looking for a backpack for up to week long hiking tours or longer if you don't carry more than up to 18 kilos which is the max capacity of this backpack. So this was all from me for today and I hope you got some useful information in this video.  There is also a distance between the netting and the pack so you will get an airflow between you and the pack and you won't get so sweaty on your back as you get unusual backpacks. Another great thing with the net is that you won't have objects from inside the pack that pokes you in your back when you're hiking. If you haven't packed your bag really poorly, of course the heat belt and shoulder straps are well padded on this backpack and it helps me from getting shapes and bruises. I think I'm not the only one, but we have many women who have quite pointy hip bones and me myself always have had a big problems with my former backpacks that I got a big a really sore area here and and bruises on my hips especially when hiking during several days

 and I have this model for several years and the reason I bought it was because I got to try it on a week-long hiking trip One time when a woman got really tired and I had to go back and carry her backpack for her and there. And then I knew how a backpack should really feel. The Aura is one of several models that Osprey has especially made for women, and for me it's a mystery that not more brands make specially made backpacks for women because we are pretty different both than men, right? So let's start with talking about comfort and fit. This backpack fits me like a glove and right fitted and adjusted

Top lid does not function as a day pack.

 Nice and dry. Good ventilation there so it is quite comfy. The shoulder straps are nice and padded. The sternum strap here comes with a safety whistle shh-shh-shh-shh I it was quite a luckily

 This has two pockets in it. It was quite good. I Was using it with this lid for a while but as I started cutting down all my little bits and pieces that I just wasn't using it on the trail carrying extra weight for nothing I figured out that I could put I could fit all those little things in these side zippered pocket. so it has yeah, decided to save a little bit more right by ditching the lid

 anything trouble, you can use these to let help hold them in as well. This house here is fully adjustable so you can use these parts here to lift it or lower it depending on where you want this to sit. move it because it's right for me in my back and this is what I was very cool being anti gravity - so that's why this one is B or AG 65. It does feel really nice on it, does sort of hug you I guess and it allows you back to stay messing

 Really comfortable to wear. I I Still get sore hips and because my my hip bones to get out. so I think no matter what pack I wear, you know after a few days it's it's going to hurt my hips so but this is probably one of the best options available right now. I'd say this ability is pretty good
