Now you may think I don't need for PVD

 This is where panasonic has profiled its lenses when they're out of focus. So it actually knows when they're our focus which narrow she needs to refocus in. It'S still not as confident as a face detector system in my own testing experience, but it certainly accelerates the process and makes it more confident like the g6. It replaces there is a 3-inch touch, sensitive stream that is fully articulated

Panasonic Lumix G7 review - a quick overview!

I currently have a Lumix G7 which is absolutely awesome for video, have used it for about 5 years no complaints. However, for the past year or so i've been leaning more and more towards photography instead and that's where i find the G7 to be a bit lacking, especially in low light situations. 

 You can see&nbsp;our full review for more information on the lens, but it's pretty typical for a bundled zoom. The lens is acceptably sharp throughout its range, although edges are soft at its widest angle. It's a mechanical lens, so it's a bit larger than power zoom alternatives like the Lumix G X Vario PZ 14-42mm F3.5-5

 That's also the case at ISO 6400&mdash;you'll need to dial back to ISO 3200 to capture JPGs with crisp lines, and all the way down to ISO 1600 to make the differences between Raw and JPG quality negligible. The Sony Alpha 6000, which has a larger APS-C image sensor and more resolution at 24 megapixels, captures JPGs that hold up better through ISO 6400.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-G7 Review

 It'S got a great grip. Everything handles well the dowels work great. I love the articulating screen you're, getting a two point: three million dot viewfinder here the OLED it's beautiful. To use I mean the g7 as a usable camera is super-high on the list

 The g7 we're stuck at that 29 minute mark still overall, if you're using the g7 for video, I think you're going to be very pleased with it. The quality is great: it's got some nice features. It'S got good manual control, it's not a gh4, but it's better than a lot of the competition okay. So this next part is we're talking about video

 Lenses nowadays are being very well made and Panasonic. This is not even close to their first 14 to 42. However, the plastic mount that's, what's keeping the weight down. I know it's not a big deal, it is just a cheap, affordable kit lens, but I like the metal, the plastic, it's proven to just break all the time

 Tons of custom function buttons, new dual dials. They work fantastic. I like the custom button up here that lets you quickly change white balance and ISO. Everything is positive

Hi everyone, I have a question. I'm a CTV student and gonna shoot some short movies. I'm looking for a price/performance camera. My budget is max 600 euros. Can you recommend with reasons thnx.

 However, during typical testing I  got 750 shots and a handful of videos and the battery indicator only dropped by one bar. Video does really run it down, though, and when shooting 4K video in moderately hot conditions (around 80° F/27° C), I found it would continue shooting but turn off the viewfinder and the LCD. Shooting speed Olympus OM-D E-M5 II  0.1 0

On the left shoulder you'll find the drive-mode dial with options for time-lapse/stop-motion animation (this is one of the few cameras I've seen with a direct-access control for that); self-timer, exposure bracketing (up to seven shots in 1/3-stop, 2/3- and 1-stop intervals); the aforementioned 4K photo and 4K burst options; normal burst mode; and single-shot mode.      Among the G7's drive modes you'll find 4K photo and time lapse/stop motion animation. Sarah Tew/CNETBelow it on the back is another programmable button, which by default cycles through the electronic viewfinder (EVF)/LCD display, and the flash popup button. the autofocus mode switch lies to the right of the viewfinder, with the autofocus/autoexposure lock button in its center

Panasonic Lumix DMC-G7 review: The Lumix G7 hits the target for families in motion

Used Lumix G7/G95/GH4/G9 in ascending price order depending on what you can get I'd say. Panasonic 14-140mm Lens is good, or any cheaper lens you can get used. That'll get you pretty far for under $1k. If you can get a body with in body stabilization (G95 and up) along with a stabilized lens (which the 14-140 is) that'll be super useful for handheld shots of people surfing further out

I will be filiming from the beach. My goal is to put together YouTube edits of people surfing my local breaks. Looking to spend no more than $800 in total (lenses/accessories, etc.)

Audio Issues!

For close up photos and long distance photos respectively as you mentioned you’ll need multiple lenses, and I’m afraid you can forget getting a camera body that will do everything that you’ve mentioned and more than one lens for £300. Try £600 and you can probably sort yourself out with a decent second hand camera. If you were willing to spend more you could get a second hand Lumix G7 with a kit lens for around the £500 mark. Alternatively you could use your smart phone if you really can’t spend any more money

I've recently moved to a smallholding (small farm) and I'd like a camera for:

* Close up photos of plants to record diversity
* Zoomed photos of the landscape, including cliffs and sea 5 miles away
* Record HD videos for YouTube (from tripod) so I can be another failed YouTube content creator
* WiFi or simple way to get photos and videos to a laptop or Google Photos
* Time lapse recording
* Can accept external mic
* Small so I'm more likely to have it with me.

That's probably a lot for my budget of £300 but your knowledge and experience will be gratefully received.

All purpose camera recommendation with £300 budget

 That was on my Rokinon 35mm T1.5. It just gets grain and distortion really easily.  Additionally the focus/autofocus isn't the most intuitive

 The auto focus is practically nonexistent. I could never get a sharp image with it. On top of that, the focus peaking just didn't seem to do its job. With some practice you can get better at focusing this camera, but other cameras don't take the work

Great camera for the price. Just know its limitations.
