The Poly Studio P5 pairs a decent picture with killer sound quality, making it a good webcam for individuals and businesses alike.

 The Poly Studio P5 is a simple monitor-mounted webcam that&rsquo;s easy to set up and use, and at $129.99, it's far less expensive than Poly&rsquo;s larger, enterprise-minded cameras. It doesn't offer the sharpest picture we've seen, but it&rsquo;s much better than most built-in laptop webcams and has far better low light-performance. It also offers some of the best sound quality we've heard in this segment, making it a good choice for video calls where audio clarity is of utmost importance

The microphone on the P5 is very good&mdash;it's actually my favorite thing about the camera. Test recordings sounded quite clear, though they did pick up the fan of my laptop (a gaming laptop, which tends to be louder than work laptops) and a bit of room echo. Still, it&rsquo;s one of the best webcam microphones we&rsquo;ve used; it's leagues better than the Razer Kiyo, which offers very muffled sound.

 So thank you really appreciate the support now for 129. Is it worth this price point i'd say so? A lot of comparable models are in that price. So it's a high quality product. It looks good

 So we're gon na see how the performance of this webcam it's a 1080p hd plug and play, and you can use it with the poly lens software. So you can adjust some of the settings on this camera, but let's get to the fun stuff, let's plug it into the computer, so you can see exactly how this webcam looks all right. So this is what the logitech c920 looks like. This is just plug and play

 Now, if you're, using a built-in webcam on your laptop or you don't, have a webcam and you're doing video conferences, it's not in a the best experience that you could have. It'S always a little bit awkward when you have your video turned on, and then somebody on the other side of a video conference doesn't have their video on it kind of feels like you're talking to nobody, or you know it just feels a little bit disconnected as If you were talking to somebody face to face, but they had their back turned to you almost it's it's this weird experience, so you want to make sure that you have a webcam if you're doing any video meetings of any kind and then, of course, the microphone Built in here helps your voice be heard if you have no microphone at all, but of course we always recommend going with a headset for the best overall experience and we can help you find the right headsets cameras and speakerphones.  If that's where you have it, this guy just comes right off of it, like literally with magnetic thing, and it just comes off and you can show it.. The Poly Studio P5 webcam has one huge problem

 They were using headsets made by these guys during their mission to the moon. So let's come back to earth the p5 design real looker actually resembles a miniature spaceship. The body you see this aerodynamic barrel very nicely put together and then the clip makes it really easy to attach it to any laptop. Then the status led light on top right

 It'S rugged and made to last. You can of course check this out on polly's website or i'm giving you a link at the bottom. I mean it's such a quantum leap over a typical laptop camera that it really shows, but there's a lot more. What the p5 is really good at is low light performance. You know one of the biggest problems when we are on in a video call or a video conference is to look even slightly like a human being

 The back can actually be clipped out. There'S a space for a wireless dongle there for all your wireless headset. Now, let's quickly move on to the reason why i'm reviewing this the video and audio quality first off the image quality is really really good.
