 The Magni is a great little amp for $100, however the Asgard 3 is an even better value for about $200.  It's well made, sounds great and has a 5 year factory warranty.  Highly recommended!

 I now have this paired with the Modi 3 and it sounds crystal clear with power to spare. I'm honestly looking at their new bitfrost DAC to replace the modi, but this setup will more then do for now.
