I got this mattress for about six hundred dollars and this one is the twin size, but I feel that it's a good investment, so that's why I was willing to spend that much money on a mattress even though it's only a twin because latex lasts a lot longer than some other materials. All right. So this mattress has a cotton cover on it and underneath it you can see the zipper

 It goes all the way around the mattress and you can take it off and wash it. But this mattress is very heavy, so you're going to need at least two to three people to move it or just pick it up to take the cover off. So the thickness on this mattress is about seven or seven and a half inches or 21 centimeters. So there are three levels of firmness you can choose from on their website and this one is the most firm you can get and it is very firm

 It's a really big block of latex from the rubber tree. Of course, it has all these holes in it to promote airflow. Now this will have a slight smell when you get it, so if you just let it air out for about 24 hours then you should be good to go. Last time I checked sleep on Latex has a great return policy so check them out

 I gave the quality of sleep 5 stars. I no longer felt the latex smell after 2 days, maybe because my bed is also new and the smell of pine is masking the latex. I love the feel of the bed overall. A great night's sleep!

Comfortable but short

 We aren't heavy people, both of us weigh less than 170 lbs. Awesome while it lasted, but probably won't purchase again. For the price paid, I'd have expected it to maintain it's comfort factor for a few years, at least. We'll probably put that money toward a mattress that has a longer warranty on comfort factor

Purchased in Oct '18, so just over a year ago. Mattress was very comfortable for the first year, but now have noticed body impressions have formed where we frequently lay and those areas have lost their spring. The only area not compressed by our body weight is in the middle, and it is a big difference. This is making the mattress less comfortable and I notice that I'm waking up more often trying to find a comfortable position

Medium -medium, not medium firm

 Unlike memory foam, you do not sink into a trench that you have to climb out of to change position. It is easy to roll over ..

 We have been using the "Medium Firmness" queen sized mattress for a month or so now. This mattress may be perfect for most people who are seeking a medium level of firmness but we are two seniors, each under 140 lbs. We find the mattress a bit more firm than expected and we have a good deal of mattress experience. Other than that, we really like it and if anything, we will probably get a thin, soft topper for it

 I weigh 160lbs and can feel my bottom thunk on the floor when I plop down from a standing height because of the sink in the foam.  I genuinely think this is a $300-$400 mattress at best and strongly recommend looking at more substantial alternatives over this one until prices are adjusted significantly.  Amazon was kind enough to refund me on my purchase and I will be going with a mattress that I tested in-person at a show room.  Last note: the mattress looks nothing like the picture in the Amazon ad

Cheapish foam, Very soft, not what’s in the ad pictures

5'6"-5'8" 130-145lbs.  After doing some digging we saw that other conshmers fitting our stats actually preferred the medium over the soft-that was a good decision for sure! The medium is rather soft and does ceadle your body most comfortably when sleeping on your back but also favors side-sleepers. This mattress is fairly comfortable for me to sleep on, but my fiancé disagrees. He struggles to get comfortable in order to fall asleep and finds himself waking up intermittently all night

  I have also found that unless you sleep in the middle of the bed, or when sleeping with a partner equally spaced between each other and the edge of the bed, it feels like you're going to fall off!  Overall I can't say it's a horrible mattress but definitely not worth my $800+ I'm considering getting ine of their ~$120 mattress topper and seeing if it then feels like a $1,000 mattress but it's not looking very promising...hopefully the return process is stress-free if it comes to that but we'll give it a try for another few weeks or so and see if anything improves

Not Very Happy ☹

  To sum it up, we're disappointed. I did extensive research and decided to try a latex mattress because they supposedly are very durable, natural, and sleep cooler than other foams. We chose Sleep On Latex because of all the glowing reviews and the fact that it's a Chicago, USA company. They do have a decent 100-day return window but that may not be long enough to get a clear picture of how this mattress will work for you

..still!  Durability: ours got very noticeable troughs and side bulges after just a few months, despite purchasing a support with tightly spaced slats as recommended by the maker. Cooler: nope, I was sleeping so hot that we also purchased a sheep's wool fleece mattress pad which helped quite a bit
