Portable headphones for use in bus/when studying ($100-$150)

From owning many, many headphones for bus travel / studying / working I recommend wireless active noise cancelling headphones. The Bose Quiet Comforts are excellent but pricey. The [Sony don't have nearly as good noise cancelling but are closer to $150 and go on sale a lot.

Disappointed

There is a considerable delay when watching TV or movies at least with transmitter hooked to TV. I also have a projector with built in bluetooth and the delay cannot be corrected in my situation. My DVD play has a/v sync but only 10 mil increments which isn't workable. It seems like these headphones...
