Almost three weeks ago, I made two phone calls to Stanley customer service. The representatives promised to respond quickly, once they had spoken to product management

 These are heavy! Really heavy, much heavier than I had expected. The head grips tightly and worked for what I needed it to right when I needed it. The handle is designed in such a way as to prevent accidental pinching of your hand and is textured enough to work even with gloves or wet hands.  5* tool that will last for many many years

Quality

The price was better than in the retail stores, and it didn't take long to get them. I would re-order, but unless I lose them I'm sure I won't have to!
