This would be good for travel. This would be good for your primary stroller. It's just around 20 pounds so it's not so heavy

Nearly perfect is my work issued backpack, it’s a Thule and has laptop all work gear and my random EDC extras. It could barely fit a light change of clothes if I packed well and I would probably have to toss the umbrella. It has a slot for dropping over your rollaboard suitcase, I have had to travel for work enough that it really helps till it gets top heavy. Other backpacks I tend to avoid tacticool ones or professional looking ones to avoid looking like I have a $2k Mac laptop in it.

But for the toggle recline (I can do it one handed up and down now) the Thule spring would hit everything. It's not a super known brand, but I love it.

The Thule you posted seems pretty nice, and bags like the peak design everyday 20L and Wandrd prvke are nice too, but I generally think that most bags designed for camera use are really best suited to when you're carrying a bunch of camera equipment. If you're only going to be carrying a camera occasionally, I would say look into bags that are more designed for everyday use and then stick a camera cube or a small camera sling into it. The only advantage to the bags designed for camera gear is they're made so you can access the camera quickly.
