The Madone is a bit heavy and getting the handlebars on is expensive. If you are not sure on clip on aerobars, a TT bike is not an option at all.

If you are not interested in a vintage bike, do not pay more than $350 for this bike. You can get much more better value with modern frame geometry and components for $750. If that's your budget range, you can find yourself a carbon frame, ultegra 10 speed/105 11 speed full rim drivetrains, and sometimes upgraded wheelsets. Lookup Giant TCR, Specialized Tarmac, Cannondale Supersix, Trek Madone, etc.

It is a 2014 Trek Madone 3.1 as others said. Great and versatile bike, both for racing and leisure ride.
