I don't really care for the RGB lighting, I don't really think it's needed, because first of all, these keycaps, the letters, they don't shine through...

My First Build - Rama U80-A (Port) with Boba U4T switches and IFK Port keycaps

I built my first PC ever during the pandemic and consequently had to purchase my first keyboard ever (been using laptops since high school). I started off with a Race Vortex 3 which is a fantastic keyboard in its own right, but I quickly became enamored with the thought of having something that I personally built myself. Had to pay a premium on the second-hand market for most of this stuff, but figured it would hold me off until some of my group buys were fulfilled.

Gadgets you couldn’t live without

(Something like a vortex race 3). USB switch so that I can switch all my accessories between my personal desktop and work laptop with a button press. And a super ultra wide screen (49" kind)...essentially like two screens...but no bezel in the middle. My old school wired earpods also regularly save the day when the blueteeth tech headsets fail me at crucial moments.

This keyboard definitely sounds the thinnest of any of the ones I’ve tried. I have the Gateron G Pro Brown switches in it, which leads me to —. Second, my favorite Cherry MX switch has been the Clears (my favorite stock keyboard so far has been the Vortex Race 3, yes I probably should have gotten the Q2 but I didn’t like a couple quirky things about its layout).
