I purchased the luxury firm winkbed at the end of April and was delivered May 7, 2020. After so much online research through slumber yard and other bed review YouTube videos, I decided to go with the Winkbed. I originally bought the Purple 3 mattress but then cancelled the order because I thought the winkbed would be a better fit for me. I’m a side sleeper, weigh about 235lbs and have been experiencing a lot of back pain with my old mattress, which was about 16yrs old

  So fast forward to present day which is 46 days later, I still feel the same? I wake up sore. I think the bed is too soft for me. I’m not even excited to lay in my new bed. I just emailed Winkbed to return the mattress

My dog can no longer get in the bed and it’s difficult to get in and out of because I’m short. They told me to see if I felt differently in 30 days. Here’s the thing. This bed is tall and it’s hard. I’m on about day 21 of the mandated 30 days that you have to keep it before you can return and I’m very disappointed in this bed. My husband and I are not light people and we got the luxury firm, which is way too hard

 This should not be happening.  If you want to try this bed go into it knowing that it’s way firmer than they’re telling you, and know that you’re gonna have it for 30 days minimum.  One last thing- they say each bed is made to order in Wisconsin, but mine was given a shipping label the day I ordered it out of Ohio. It did ship two weeks later, but it was from Ohio

 For a bed so expensive at $1299, we did not expect it to last less than 2 years, even an IKEA mattress has lasted us longer prior to this. WINKBEDS said that they do not replace the mattress unless the sag is 1.5". It is very disappointing that WINKBEDS would not consider the

 December 2017 is when the bouts of back pain started, today in May 2018 the back pain is almost unbearable to the point that I have to seek medical help. The bed has developed a .85 - 1" sag on multiple spots! FYI, both of us, together, weigh less than 250 lbs and are less than 29 yrs of age each. When we reached out to WINKBEDS with our problem, they suggested that we give the mattress away to a friend (no thank you!), and offered us a new mattress at 50% of the price

  Please stay away from these beds and the company. In time, the complete cost of it is still not worth it. Spinal problems are some of the worst, and last a lifetime.

This winkbed mattress started out great. However, after the mattress started to get broke in the comfort level began to drop. We have the lux firm model, I weigh 205, my wife 120. We both wake up with our backs hurting

 It was an expensive lesson, slowly learned. We purchased a new mattress from a local family-owned retailer. So far, it’s been a tremendous improvement. It has a 30 year warranty plus a personal promise from the business owner to replace or refund within a year if we’re dissatisfied for any reason

That simple.”)  At this point Customer Support responded with a request for photos, indicating that “the lifetime, non-prorated replacement warranty covers any sag of 1

 WinkBed responded. “Unfortunately you're not quite at that 1.5 inch indentation depth for a warranty claim, but we'd be happy to take another look at some photos if you do find that the compression progresses.” Seemed to me like we were solidly on that road but we were unwilling to sacrifice our sleep and aching bodies any longer

 So far, it’s been a tremendous improvement. It has a 30 year warranty plus a personal promise from the business owner to replace or refund within a year if we’re dissatisfied for any reason. And it can be flipped, which is a plus to us. And, it’s quiet

Not worth it

 We really could not be happier with the quality or comfort of the mattress that we received from WinkBeds and my interactions with their customer service has been excellent. One size does not fit all when it comes to what people find comfortable but we have been thrilled with our mattress. I will be recommending Winkbeds to any of my friends or family looking for a mattress in the future.

In the end, we decided that we wanted to move to a split-king adjustable base and we decided to try a 10 inch All Natural Latex mattress. The Latex mattress we purchased, while very good quality, did not make my back happy and caused pain every morning

 Shipping was delayed due to a carrier issue but Customer Service was very good and kept us updated on when the mattress would arrive. Both of the twinXL mattress's arrived in Thick Cardboard boxes with the plastic wrapped mattresses inside. We received the updated white/blue Tencel ticking. The construction and quality of the mattress is excellent and we had no issues with what we received

 In the end, we decided that we wanted to move to a split-king adjustable base and we decided to try a 10 inch All Natural Latex mattress. After six weeks of this, we decided latex was not for us and looked for other options for our adjustable base. We decided to give Winkbed a shot because of their many positive reviews, traditional construction, quality materials and the money back guarantee if we were not happy

 The 8 ounce bottle should make no measurable indentation on the bed anyway. I explained to them that the stretch material cover doesn't come off of the mattress and it hides the indentations. I also explained that it was the most accurate way to measure and I send them pics of the mattress with the same tape in the middle of the bed and there was no depression. To make a long story short, all I got was the run around and they told me I could ship the mattress back to them and they would decide once they got it

 We took photos of the frame, the foundation, the feet holding up the center of the bed and the mattress with a flat board over it, and I taped a cloth tape measure to an 8 ounce bottle of hand lotion to measure. There is approximately a 2" indent in the mattress but Winkbeds rejected my photos because they do not want the 8 ounce bottle to cause a dent in the mattress. The 8 ounce bottle should make no measurable indentation on the bed anyway. I explained to them that the stretch material cover doesn't come off of the mattress and it hides the indentations

 Wink needs to accept if their mattresses is defective, whether it is 5 days after purchase, or 5 years after. They are supposed to accept returns for defective mattresses regardless of the timeframe..

..this is their guarantee. We want our money refunded so that we can purchase another mattress and rectify our back issues but Winkbeds refuses to listen or help

  When we reached out to WINKBEDS with our problem on Feb 26, 2021, they said we had passed the 120 day return window and couldn't do anything about it. For a bed so expensive, we are really disappointed that WINKBEDS wont stand behind their product for dissatisfied customers. Wink needs to accept if their mattresses is defective, whether it is 5 days after purchase, or 5 years after. They are supposed to accept returns for defective mattresses regardless of the timeframe

 But what if we can't sleep on that one too?????? The customer service lady even admitted that because I only weigh 100 lbs and have fibromyalgia I need the softer mattress. Here's the other problem that we didn't know..
