More than any of the other projectors we reviewed, the projected image was of such high quality that we were momentarily shocked by its clarity and detail. In terms of solely projector capabilities, the XGIMI MoGo Pro offers an all-around fantastic audio/visual experience, with excellent built-in speakers and the aforementioned breathtaking video. With both automatic focus and keystone, this projector provides an excellent and straightforward user experience. Its almost six-inch standing height meant that this projector never needed any form of support to ensure unimpeded projection. Should your needs be more about intra-home portability and movie viewing, this projector will more than meet your requirements.
Unfortunately, despite its incredible projection power, this projector isn't truly portable. Shaped like a brick, and heavy to boot, the XGIMI MoGo Pro was a pain to lug around. Despite a relatively sturdy casing, we wouldn't want to risk it falling. This device is very open about its limited streaming services. Also, its included guide for how to use Netflix and Amazon Prime is not the easiest to process. However, the projector does boast plenty of other Google Play Store services.  Also, it would be a good idea to buy a case if you go for it.

A 65-watt charger is included in the package, as well as this sleek white remote control which has a tiny switch on the base, making the volume keys into a fine focus adjustment if you need it, which you probably won't anyway because it automatically focuses itself. Setting up the device was ludicrously simple. Thanks to the deep Google integration, all I had to do on my phone was say Google set up my device and it transferred over the wi-fi password through bluetooth and then I use the Android Tv url to transfer my login details for my Google account

 Though I would have preferred a slightly larger device which would have allowed them to fit in a larger driver for the speaker and a larger battery. Anyway, thank you for watching. Excellent picture, but has some annoying flaws.

 Though its brightness is 300 Nc Lumens, which is not spectacularly bright, but we'll get to that in a second. It's got 40 degree horizontal and vertical keystone correction. It's got dual band Wi-fi supporting both 2.4 and 5 gigahertz wi-fi networks, and it's got bluetooth 4

 I really like that it's silent and the on-board audio is quite good as well. you can hear that. The speaker quality is definitely decent. The only downside I found is that the lower content so the base and the lower mids don't come through as loud as with bigger speaker drivers, so the low end and the base are not as great as I would have hoped for

 It uses around 55 watts of power and it can work with anything from 100 to 240 volts at 50 or 60 hertz, so you should be able to use it globally. Its noise levels are below 30 db, so that's really barely audible. but what is audible are the internal 3 watts Harman Kardon speaker drivers that give you stereo sound. It projects at a full Hd 1080p resolution, but it can be fed at 4k resolution, source

Hey! I'm new to projectors. The only one i had was an integrated projector that was in my Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro Tablet. It actually surprised me since it was decent enough on our bedroom. The specs was only 50 Lumen DLP and 480P. We had to have the picture on our wardrobe cause of space. Our wardrobe has 3 doors, so that was a little annoying the first 3-5 minutes.  Had to sell the Tablet since it's very limited due to android 6.

Now my fiancee want a new projector on our bedroom.
Which projector has good quality and price?

• I want 1080P , but 720P will prob cut it.

• Be able to use f.ex Chromecast if it doesn't have any mirroring features.

• Small /portable size and not noisy.

• Budget max 200 USD.

I’m trying to decide whether to get the Xiaomi Mi Smart projector or the XGIMI MoGo Pro. Both seemed to have fairly similar specifications (at least to someone who knows nothing about projectors).
I was leaning towards Xiaomi because I can get it cheaper, but I’ve read reviews complaining about the projector often losing focus. Is the XGIMI better in this aspect?

How do the 2 compare? And if you’d recommend the XGIMI, would you recommend spending a little extra to get the plus model?

Xiaomi Mi Smart VS XGIMI MoGo Pro(+)

Has most of features I was looking for (minus Netflix)

Another big thing to consider is audio, as most projectors speakers are pretty terrible if they have them at all. I ended up going with a 1080P XGIMI Mogo Pro portable, which was on sale for \~$450. It runs Android TV so you can install whatever streaming apps you want directly on the device (except for Netflix). For using Netflix and Stadia I plug in a Chromecast Ultra, which can also be powered off the projector's USB port

I've done a bit of research and that leaves me in the realm of a portable projector to maybe put on a nightstand and keystone in, then pack away when not using or a short throw to go on the chest of drawers in front of the wall and then conceal it.

I'm not going to game on this, it's purely for the odd time we've gone to bed and one of us wants to watch something. Picture quality doesn't have to be fantastic, just useable. Would be nice for the projector to have its own speakers, and I'm not too worried about in build smarts, can always plug something into it.
