 The keycaps are pudding keycaps but the pudding part on some of the red keycaps is crooked. Like the whole row of keycaps will look nice and straight and then BOOM your U is acting a fool trying to step out of line. STILL not a deal breaker for me. But what is a deal breaker for me is that the screws keep falling out of the bottom

3 Months in of regular use....

On their website, the seller offers software that allows you to customize these keyboards. You're supposed to be able to make macros and create your own lighting effects, and flash them to the keyboard.  DON'T DO IT! As soon as I opened the software, the keyboard went dark and unresponsive, and there was nothing I could do to make it work again. I uninstalled the software - didn't help

I rebooted the computer several times - didn't help. My beautiful new keyboard, WHICH I LOVED, was turned into an expensive paperweight by the seller's own software

DON'T INSTALL THE SOFTWARE!

 The switches are soft like clouds(speed silver), the plastic feels of good quality. If they ever decide to make a modern version of this i would change those 2 things and make this arguably a 5 star product straight out of the box.  In the end im extremely satisfied with the product 😍😍😍  Edit: Turns out it does have some media keys to increase/decrease volume. Gotta press down fn +  to decrease/increase volume

Just wanted to leave a quick review for those looking to invest on an gaming keyboard. Everything about this keyboard is perfect for the exception of 2 things, they are minor and aren't a a deal breaker for most people but for me these 2 things do bother me since I'm use both of them. First one is the lack of media keys. If you are going to sell a mid-high end keyboard that costs more than 80 dollars I think the bare minimum should be media keys especially in this day in age
