 The only real issues I have with the computer are hardware issues aside from the performance.  PROS : - Incredible CPU performance. This computer will handle anything without blinking. It's a tank

 "Default" covers most of your needs, but if you're doing something that will stress the computer a bit it's good to switch to performance. - Comes with Windows 10 OS. It's alright. Gets the job done

I've owned this computer for about a year and a half, and I am more than happy with it. The Omen 15 is an absolute beast and will most likely be able to handle anything you throw at it, so if you're looking for hardware that will support you without any CPU restrictions, then the Omen is a great choice. I cant decide which laptop is best

 Gaming Desktops are good but far to expensive for a great one. I own one but rarely play it, especially if you want a 4K 60fps experience, that won't even come close to happening on one of these. Like I said get a Series X. Especially from this site for $499!!

 It won't even be good for that long. So save your money, or spend this much on a series x that has a 2080 equivalent gpu and a much faster processor, also a full terabyte SSD. It would be okay if HP would keep up with the latest mid range GPU's, but in this the 1650TI is nearly 3 years old and they actually still sell the 1650 for $699!! Not good. So it's decent for older games, but most games past 2016-2017 or so is going to struggle majorly. The processor is good, though an I5 is not "ideal" for gaming, especially with only a quad-core version. I would recommend just getting an Xbox Series X when you can, for retail price

I have tried all the recommendations I was given. So I can tell you this - I am happy with the speed of the laptop and the AV parts seem to work just fine. But the battery life is TERRIBLE

 So I can tell you this - I am happy with the speed of the laptop and the AV parts seem to work just fine. But the battery life is TERRIBLE. On any given day, I have to charge it TWICE! I don't charge it only halfway, I wait until I get the error message that I am down to 10%, and then I charge it fully until the orange light turns to blue. If I had to buy it all over again, I would not buy this particular laptop

Terrible Battery Life

 The green keyboard can be set TO STAY ON AND NOT SHUT OFF!!!! THANK YOU HP! I got rid of another gamer laptop because the keys always shut off. I did not like that. Also, the trackpad, it's not loud and clacky when you tap it.

 the spacebar, it's loud though. The one key on the entire thing that is loud, the rest of the keys are near silent. Overall, it's fantastic, games look really nice, speed is awesome for regular day to day, the keyboard lighting has a high/low/off setting too. Absolutely loving this thing!
