We like it as it is light, for the dimensions, for the comfort as it is renforced in the back and for his inside pocket with a zip . The zip pocket is well placed because when you carry your backpack on your back, you can carry your day pack in the front and have easy acces to your keys or money in the zip pocket.

They were itchy on my shoulders and just felt bulky. Just FYI, I have a pretty small frame. I’m 5’2 and 120 pounds. While this backpack is very well made and has all the bells and whistles, it just isn’t a good fit for me

Unlike other reviewers, I find this pack to be in the small side. It's great for quick hikes to hold a small jacket and sandwich, but doesn't hold much more than that. I've been trying to make a crag-bag out of this, but I can't even fit my harness and shoes in here, let alone jacket, food, other gear, etc.

Let's see how you don't put your pack down and then you can just hang it up so it keeps off the ground. So thanks for watching review guys! Stay tuned...

You know it's in the middle of the bag, so you don't have to worry about padding in the front or back of it, because you have a full pocket and frame ...

Additionally, the backpack strap material is quite abrasive to bare skin which means you can't wear anything without sleeves. And the metal frame means that you can't just fold it or tuck it away -- but it will stop your laptops or papers from being crushed. At 34L, the backpack promises a lot of storage space but between the separate compartments for the laptop and other accessories, there really isn't a lot of room for stuff. Overall, this backpack is better suited for overnight stays and perhaps even weekend trips, definitely not every day commuting to work

I bought this to take on my trip to NYC - just needed something lightweight that I could fit a bunch of stuff in (souvenirs, hoodie, etc). It was perfect. And the top closure is nice because nobody could pick-pocket me.

The compression straps in the 2019 model cover the outside pocket zipper, so the straps have to be undone if you need to get to any of the pockets except the top mini scratch-free pocket. I suggest putting the compression strap behind the front pocket, like in the 2018 model. 3. Adjustable straps are flying everywhere! I've added some black hair-ties to hold them in place, like there are on some other Osprey bags 4

Most backpacks don't have cleaning instructions. However I have to return the backpack because one part of its design does not suit me. The shoulder straps seem to be made so as to fit a person with broader shoulders. Of course when a backpack is filled with items it can fit differently than if it is empty

I got this for my commute to work (train with 45 minutes of easy walking. Bag isn't bad in terms of how it's broken up. As others have said the "kickstand" is pretty useless. It also has a ton of chest straps, waist straps, adjustor straps that are thin, basically useless, but always getting in the way

I use this pack for commuting by bike. I had last year's and had to exchange it because the Velcro that held the back pad in just fell apart and every time I reached in my hand went back to no hands land. They fixed that with this one, and added an even easier (!) drawstring top, outside pocket, and two inner slip pockets. It's such a great size and is so lightweight

This is a bit of a hassle for me because the zipper runs down almost halfway down the bag. I've order some "instant zipper sliders" to solve this issue myself. 2. The compression straps cover the single zipper pocket mentioned above, so in order to unzip that pocket, I'd have to first undo both compression straps

I originally bought this to keep in my personal carryon for flight to Turkey but may just use this for my carryon! The zippers are sturdy and the fabric durable. It comes in lots of colors but I like what I ordered/received. I highly recommend.
