What is the tech in the BIGASUO B509 projector (cheap-o $100) in which it doesn’t exhibit rainbows?

I'm working on getting an outdoor projector setup going for some night-time movie watching this summer.  I've acquired a projector and think I'm wanting a 120" Yard Master 2 for the screen.  But I'm sort of balking at the almost $200 price that's going for.  I get that it's quality, but I'm also just sort of playing with this for now to try it out and that seems pricey for something I'm probably only going to be using a handful of times this year.

Anyway, it looks like Amazon Warehouse has some listed as used for a little less - with descriptions like "cosmetic marks on the front or sides".  If I try this route am I likely going to get a screen with noticeable blemishes?  Or will the screen itself likely be OK?

Alternatively, are there any suggestions for something that's not the dirt cheap $20 screen setups, but closer to the $100-$150 range?  One item that's giving me pause about the Yard Master is it does not appear to be height-adjustable, at least easily....which might affect my outdoor placement some.  Is there a screen that's just as good, that I could go separately and find a stand for outdoors?
