 It's got soft little silicone bristles. I think it's got big grips for them to hold on to. so this isn't a choke hazard because this is way bigger than they could possibly. you know, swallow and it looks like you know it's pretty easy to just wash and maintain

 I have long hair and a cat. My other teethers are made with a more smooth silicone and don't have this problem. And the bristles worry me, I'll probably take this away from her when her teeth come through.

My baby loved her banana brush for several months when I notice that the bristles were breaking off and soMe other cracking in the silicone from her teething.  Had to throw away.  Picks up crumbs and cat hair, but east to wash.
