 Not only is the bread hook not able to stay on the mixer when making dough, but the mixer itself can't handle the kneading process. The whole machine moves across the counter despite being suctioned properly to the counter. The machine also twists uncomfortably as it can't handle the dough moving around in the bowl during the kneading process. I wish we would've just saved up for a KitchenAid

 So when I my make sponge cakes, it whips and sugar and the eggs perfectly. But when I need it to fold the flour in (with the paddle) there's always unmixed batter on the bottom! It's super upsetting when you only notice it when you already poured the batter into the buttered cake pan. I normally use a hand mixer so I have more control over these types of situations, but with a machine you're trusting it to mix it. I have tried remedying it by putting a napkin below the bowl to remove the gap between the bottom of the bowl and whisk, but if you're more about a machine doing its job then I don't recommend this to any serious baker

 There is about inch gap between the attachment and the bowl. I don't know if this is how all mixers are or if it is just this one. Or perhaps the 1 cup of butter I was trying to mix was too small of a volume for this mixer. I will look at other mixers before I decide to return it

I tried the mixer out the other day, but I'm up in the air about it. Although it spins well, the attachments do not reach the bottom of the bowl. There is about inch gap between the attachment and the bowl. I don't know if this is how all mixers are or if it is just this one
