Help!

 I grew up using only Hoover products to clean our floors. My dad said "Hoover never breaks." The proof was there as we used our personal Hoover machine to clean the floors of our church twice a week plus our home at least twice a week. I do not ever remember mechanical issues or replacements of those machines

 Also, the motor was rusting and there was a white gasket or belt that was obviously not fitted properly, because it looked stretched and melted to the motor. So the replacement was as expected, it worked fine until this morning when it started making that high pitched noise just like the one I purchased in May of this year. It's Oct 2021, 3 months ago it was replaced. In 6 months I have lost faith in the Hoover quality I was accustomed too

 It is easy to use for the most part but I do think the water container seems to waste fast I had to fill it up 3 times and I only have a 9x10 area rug and I didn’t do the part under the couch. I will return it just because I really needed the hand held to work perfectly because I had a lot of uses for it. Wish it had maybe a smaller detail adapter maybe it would have been better to get into the buttons. The regular way I only have an area rug so not worth keeping it

 Having a carpet cleaner at home is really convenient so you can get carpet stains out quickly.

 I like that it has a hose attachment so I can clean upholstery and car seats. For someone who has pets it’s great. It’s a lot cheaper to buy a machine like this than have a carpet cleaning company come into your house. The quicker you can clean up a stain on the carpet the easier the stain will come out

BEST SHAMPOOER I'VE EVER HAD

So I really liked this product. I have two cats, an adult dog and a puppy who is potty training. I just moved, so there were more than a few accidents on the carpet and it smelled BAD. I watched a few training videos, bought this carpet cleaner, and I also bought Hoover’s pet cleaner

 Took care of the smell completely AND was easy to use. It steamed my carpet and left it not only smelling normal but fresh and clean. My family and guests all agreed it was a night and day difference! The only thing that sucked is having to change the dirty water tank so often because it’s kind of small. Otherwise, great product!

Great cleaner!

 I just used the attachment for stairs (and furniture) and it worked better than I expected. The attachment seems a little flimsy, but when I used it, I was actually surprised how well it worked and picked up the dirt on the stairs. It's a small attachment, so you're going to need to go over a high traffic area a few times, but it does clean it. This was a good buy!

Easy to assemble & Use

I have loved this vacuum for a year now. It sucks up pet fur that I didnt even see on my area rugs. My whole house vac cannot clean my rugs like this unit can! The only issue I have with it is that the canister will randomly fall off because it no longer seats properly and I cannot see or find the problem to fix it. This would be the only reason I would hesitate to buy it again! It must be a design flaw, what a shame!! I really love this vac!
