 One of the main features that the app allows you to do is reconfigure the player button that I showed you guys earlier to do a few other things. Let me break it down for you guys. By default, a single press of the player button allows you to pause and resume your music whilst the press and hold skips onto the next track.  It seems like most Bluetooth speakers are tuned for R&B/pop/club music and sound awful my ear. I listen to some pop and electronic too, but enjoy mostly acoustic, female vocal, instrumental, etc.

I don’t consider JBL’s line good quality. For what it’s worth, I am drawn to the flip 4 for its clarity, balance, and restrained bass. It seems like most Bluetooth speakers are tuned for R&B/pop/club music and sound awful my ear. I listen to some pop and electronic too, but enjoy mostly acoustic, female vocal, instrumental, etc

 But for a small $100 speaker that is to be expected. This speaker does connect to your phone or other devices via bluetooth 4.2 and has a range of about 100 feet with direct line of sight. And since its bluetooth 4

 This speaker will make you the life of a party at the summers get togethers. The JBL Flip 4 is a pretty solid investment.

 And anyone within a 30 foot radius of this thing outside will have absolutely no problem hearing it when its at max volume. Personally I feel the Flip 4 sounds its best when its used at a moderate to moderately high listening volume. The bass is punchy and the mids and highs are clear. Its at higher volumes where the resolution and clarity of the highs and vocals starts to suffer

Bluetooth Speaker - 175 USD

 The rolling bass of Mr. Rager by Kid Cudi is consistent throughout the background of the song without muddying up any of the mids. So is the $99 JBL Flip 4 worth it? Yes, of course it is, it's a flip. But if you already have a JBL Flip 3, you're gonna have to decide if being able to completely submerge your speaker is worth another 100 bucks to you

On the other hand, if you're searching for your first Bluetooth speaker and you don't wanna spend a lot of money, there's never been a better time to be in the market

5 millimeter input hidden underneath. The string is also still there, so you can hang it from a hook or tie it to your bag if you want, which I did to my sister to get this shot. Though I do prefer the elastic cord that you'll find on something like the UE Roll, the string here is fine, and it gets the job done. So let's just circle back to the Connect Plus button, because that's probably one of my biggest complaints about this speaker

 For one, they're usually not that expensive. In fact, I think all of them have been less than $100, which is pretty good. Two, they usually don't sound half bad, and three, with the JBL Flip 4, see what I did there with the numbers, it's now completely waterproof. So how much better can they keep making these speakers without raising the price? Let's find out

I used to use my Beats Pill Bluetooth speaker and would connect it to my gaming PC. Definitely did the job and a JBL flip 4 is way better than a Beats Pill.

But you're right, with Audio Jack, anything can be your speaker. With Bluetooth, there might be a delay but with Audio Jack, you could use the Flip 4 or Pulse 3 with ease

Due to budget constraints and hardware issue, i'm unable to use a speaker system as of moment.  What I have is JBL flip 4 and lost its audio jack, but planning to purchae one if this speaker is good for gaming or as a main pc speaker.
