CRBN2 Replacenment?

This paddle gave me great power but also gave me tennis elbow - the grip is big and the paddle has a heavy feel. I have been playing for almost a year and never had my tennis elbow come back (from being a college tennis player) until I used this paddle a couple of times. Very sad bc I live the look and power of it

If you like spin , don't buy Selkirk. They are very forgiving and great for dinking , but not for spin.

**About my game**

I've been playing for about a year with a Nuipipo Explorer Pro (\~$60 paddle) and am looking to upgrade. I'm not sure my rating because I only do open play but I'm usually one of the better ones. I come from more of a table tennis background and I hit a lot of my shots with side spin and sometimes backspin. With that said I've been told my driving forehand looks like a tennis shot (low and hard). I actually really like my paddle but I feel it has a bit too much pop. But I like the dimensions and the shorter handle.

**What I'm thinking**

Looking at Selkirk Amped (probably S2) and Vanguard. Can't really make up my mind as to which of those might be better for my game. Also intrigued by the Engage MX 6.0 and open to other suggestions. 

I've seen recommendations to test out a few and this sounds like a good option. I don't have any physical stores near me so do you have suggestions for an online retailer? I don't mind paying an extra $20-30 bucks to test them out I just want one with a good return policy that won't screw me over for a minor scuff or something.

Time for a new paddle -- I've read a ton but would love a personalized recco

13.5mm Cracking after 1 month

Sorry to add another paddle comparison here, but I figured a handful have used both.  

Thoughts so far:

Have very large hands and arms so I don’t need an extended reach, but I do want a longer grip. I’ve heard that the Pursuit is a bit of an all-around paddle, and that most people prefer the 6.0. So I’m pretty confident that this would be the Engage I would want. With the Epic, it’s also all-around but the Amped is more power oriented, but I don’t want a Vanguard because they’re a whole $50 more. So the Epic has the largest length and isn’t an extended reach, so I’m also pretty sure that it’s be the Selkirk that I’d want. 

I don’t think there’s any way I’d be able to test either one, so any insight would be appreciated!

I'm a 19+ 4.0-4.5 Men's Doubles player with a tennis background thinking about making a move away from my Invikta, which has been pretty nice for the last 4 months, to the CFS 16. I mentioned this to my local club's owner/pro, who told me that it's not worth it for me to upgrade because it took her months to get her touch back when she upgraded to a power paddle. She thinks that I still need to get my touch down with my current paddle or I will have a long adjustment period. I feel like my medals tell another story, but I am curious to hear other players adjusted to the "premium" level paddles, as Joola calls the Ben Johns series.

<p>UPDATE: I demo&#39;ed the Power Air last night, I felt noticeably more power coming off of my punch volleys and ground strokes, but it wasn&#39;t really something I was benefitting greatly from as many comments were saying. I am trying the ProDrive Kevlar paddle next (the owner is in Naples, FL and is safely recovering from the hurricane), with an intriguing 19mm core and a 10-day return policy which I hopefully won&#39;t use!</p>

Upgrading to a Power Paddle Hesitations

 I bought 3 other brands at the same time to see the differences and there isn't much for this price (Head and SLK's). I like the Head the best for quality and price. Still a bit to new to get a full review of all of them.
