 on extreme performance. it did get a bit warmer, but thankfully nothing like the hot temperatures on the XPS 9300 chassis.  Similar to the IdeaPad 515, they both have a 57 watt hour battery and on battery life. I Noticed no slowdowns of performance which was good. Like the IdeaPad 515, the webcam is pretty bad, but at least it's placed in a good place and it has a privacy filter. The fingerprint reader also worked well

6 gigahertz higher than any other laptop in this list. When looking at power draw, I saw around 33 watts of power being fed to the CPU which is around the same as the MacBook Pro 13 Dru even though it's Cinebench performance was only two-thirds of the idea pads by the way, I Got some odd results here with Extreme Performance Mode. Hardware info stated that the CPU only drew around 26 watts of power. I Would have expected it to draw more than on Intelligent Cooling CPU Temperatures were very good maxing out at 86 Celsius nowhere near the hundred Celsius they see on the Dell XPS Nine 300, the MacBook Pro 13 or the MacBook Air on chassis temperatures the ones you would actually feel if you use the laptop

Almost good, but let down by a screen.

 I remember seeing top spec models with 16 gig of ram for under 800 us dollars. I think i saw them priced for around 600 for the entry level models. Anyway, according to my sources, these should be around a hundred us dollars more for similar specs. However, as we know, this new pro model can be spec with some pretty powerful components, so i'd imagine it would be priced in the lower to mid range for laptops

 This means you should get at least seven hours on the amd model and around eight on the intel model. Keep in mind, i'm certain that if you dim the screen further you'll be able to eke out around an extra hour. These really are very good battery results on a large and powerful laptop, particularly the 8 core amd model with the geforce gtx 1650. Lastly, pricing: this was one of the greatest benefits of the ideopad 515 and 14

 Oh, and by the way, a little birdie told me that in the very near future, we're going to get much better webcams in laptops by the way, if you're wondering what this bar is at the top of this laptop, it houses a windows, hello ir camera for Login there was no fingerprint reader, though, in my models, the laptop comes with a sizable 75 watt hour battery that provides excellent run times. I ran both laptops on battery saver mode with brightness down three notches playing netflix movies over wi-fi for 3.5 hours. The amd model had 48 battery remaining and the intel 56 percent

IdeaPad 5 PRO (Intel & AMD) - The Best Budget Laptop has EVOLVED!

So far I'm impressed with the processing power, fast fingerprint reader and battery saving mode. The laptop does make a decent amount of fan noise but then again it's a powerful processor. At this price point it does feel like a piece of plastic but I would rather save the money! The trackpad works very well although it is quite small and the click it cheap sounding. All in all I think Lenovo did a great job cutting the right corners to make this beast affordable
