Cordless vacuums will eventually wear out their batteries. Users that have Miele Blizzard CX1 vacuums have shown the dirt separation isn't as good as the competition so it ends up clogging the filters faster and the dirt bin is messy to empty.

There are a lot of nice things about this vacuum. I like that it doesn't require bags but has a canister that can just be emptied. Miele's bagless machines really aren't their strong-suit, to the point that a lot of folks would call them 20 years behind the rest of the market. Biggest flaw to the Blizzard CX1 models is their inaccessible exhaust filters that'll clog up over the vacuum's life. With this maintenance-unfriendly design, I can't really consider this a buy-it-for-life machine.

I went Miele CX1 and just sold it at a huge loss cause animal hair and general suction was so bad. Super disappointed won’t buy again and have been highly recommended Sebo fwiw.

I love Meile vacuums! This is a cheap imitation. It arrived broken, not because of shipping, but because of the cheap, plastic parts. Way too expensive for the workmanship. Small trash container, plastic parts, short hose and doesn't feel like a Meile. I'm ordering another model from Meile.

Avoid the Miele Blizzard CX1, the cyclone and filter aren't the best and it's been discontinued. If you're looking for longer-lasting, I like Sebo a little better than Miele although Mieles are still great vacuums. Sebos have sturdier parts in a few key areas, they're easier to service, and they'll sell replacement parts directly to you.

Super light weight, quiet,easy to move around and put together. However review I read said it had more suction than a dyson, I myself felt it had less suction than my Shark that is over 5 yrs old. Very disappointed for the money I paid. Likely I will return and try a different brand.
