 So I'm guessing that if you for someone who's not a bass head, who doesn't want boomy bass, who doesn't like bass, you can just keep it off, it's going to be sounding perfect, it's going to be a beautiful balance of round nice undistorted bass and pristine highs and mids but for someone who's a bass head and wants the punch and still wants that high quality mid and high frequency, you can just turn it on and it's not going to hamper any of the frequencies. So I'm like super super impressed by this speaker and what can I say, I'm like like Mipha thank you for sending this over, like now I have my really my favourite go-to Bluetooth speaker. If you consider the build quality which is very robust with the metal grill up front, it feels really robust and dense and I know this is really rough because while in my review I was coming down the stairs and I accidentally dropped it from my hand, I was carrying a number of things, this actually fell down I think four flights of stairs, it bounced about and I was sure I've broken something, nothing happened, it's fine. So I'm sure it's not meant for such rough use but this can take a beating and it just feels very dense, high quality, no jagged edges, everything feels so thoughtfully manufactured and overall with the features, with the sound quality which is just beautiful, it is one of the best Bluetooth speakers that you can get

 Now talking about the low end or the bass, now most speakers get some frequency or the other wrong, so either it's going to be crackling in the highs or the vocals are going to be artificially sharpened or sounding hollow or the bass is going to be muddy. The bass on the Mifa Wildbox I think I can say with confidence is probably the best bass I've heard in a Bluetooth speaker and this is from someone who's heard many many Bluetooth speakers, so the bass response is so punchy and thick and regardless of where you're listening to, whether it's kept on your bed, on the floor, on a wooden table, in the corner of a room, the bass response is so good for a speaker that is so compact, so I was really really impressed and this without a doubt is going to be my go-to Bluetooth speaker from now on. Honestly I keep my expectations really low when I start a review because that's the only way I can keep it fair if I already expect it to be really good, it's just disappointment from there. But I never heard Mifa speakers in the past, I've read reviews where people have been raving about it but this is the first time and the highs, the mids and the lows are just beautiful and the bass, my god, this is amazing and the thing I was saying is that even though it has an option to turn off the bass or add more bass, so if you keep it off you still get ample bass but you just get a bit more clarity on the vocals and the highs, which is natural because you're cutting out the bass to an extent but this is one of those speakers where even when you turn on the bass mode it does not hamper the mid frequencies and the high frequencies at all, it just adds more bass

Bluetooth Box for a 10 year old?

  Pros: - Stock tuning (no bass boost) is nicely balanced with some decent clarity in the mids which lets you actually hear what's going on in music. Bass Boost option is there to give the sound more body, which to be honest should be kept toggled on at all times. - Buttons are illuminated and nicely tactile. - Tastefully done RGB (if that's your thing) with several different modes and the option to disable it completely

  Update: I tried the firmware update since I heard it improves the RGB (which it does, a lot). Unfortunately it also significantly changes the sound. It goes from a more neutral sound with lower bass bump, to more of a bright-neutral sound that gets REALLY screechy at higher levels due to the greatly boosted upper treble. I sent mine back because I didn't like the sound and couldn't find a link to the old firmware

 Those are minor things though and the latter is subjective. What matters the most is sound, features, and the actual guts and that's where the Wildbox wins.  If you can catch it on sale, hopefully they'll drop it. You could get this for about 60 to 70. That would be a buy in my opinion. Like and subscribe

 The vocals are forward enough, so the mids are not bad. It's a decent all around speaker. Problem is it's priced at around 100 bucks and there's a lot of competition at that $100 range. And the W King that you can get for around that, the D10, I would probably say is a little better

 Behind the flap, there is a USB-C to charge, a USB-A to charge the devices, a micro SD slot, a 3.5 millimeter jack, and a little bit of Wildbox branding there. Some Mifa branding on the top of the handle. Underneath the handle, it's just smooth

Led color changing lights aren't necessary. Dont really want to go with a jbl or sony because i feel like im paying 25$ just for the name of company on the speaker. (Am i weird for thinking that?)

$60 budget. need great bass in my life

 You have to turn it up quite a bit before the sound fills out. This speaker claims to be 60w, but it doesn't get as loud as the Motion Boom that is half that power. Throw in the fact that the Motion Boom uses the Soundcore app to set up your sound just the way you like it and I see no reason to buy this Mifa. If this were maybe $60-$70 like some of the more established off-brands such as Bugani M83and W-King D9, then this Wildbox might be worth a purchase

 It hits really good The sound core motion boom did have a little better bit better bass that I noticed But still this bass is pretty good too because the motion booms bass is amazing. So this speaker all around was pretty good I liked using it.  So I just keep it on the colorful one That's the one I like so that's the one I go with the default one and as you can see They have the M for different modes You can switch to the TF car ox with all that by just pressing that right there And you have your play and stuff and you can connect multiple ones as well with the little chain little symbol right there you click that you can make multiple of these wild boxes together this speaker is IP67 so it is waterproof you can submerge in a water pull out It's still gonna work and the six means it's dust proof so you can take this to the beach You don't have to worry about dust or anything getting in there. Leave it outside. You're gonna be fine It can take the rain you can take all that to pull all that you're gonna be covered you're good to go So when it comes to the battery life, this does say it's a 24 hours battery life I did test it out. I got seven and a half hours on full blast I played it full blast majority of the day and when you play it on full blast and the beat is just hidden on These speakers that say they're 24 hours

 But yeah, I like the clarity is it just it was loud It just jumped out of the speaker the volume one thing I do I did notice though when using it at work when I did have to turn it down to like the anything lower Than max it was kind of a drop-off. It just sounds like it was loud Kind of medium and low it was not like a real medium in there So it's like if you're blasting this thing loud It just sounds great when you're going a little bit lower and the medium sound lowish But still like this speaker on full blast is amazing The bass is really nice as well. It hits really good The sound core motion boom did have a little better bit better bass that I noticed But still this bass is pretty good too because the motion booms bass is amazing. Mifa Wildbox Review -  Best Speaker On AliExpress?

The Mifa Wildbox is my favorite of the "portable" sub $150 boomboxes with a bass kick. The goofy looking  Harmon Kardon Studio speakers are nice indoors and go on sale for under $150. If you do not need really deep bass the Soundcore Motion Plus is a solid little speaker that sounds better than most speakers in this price range.

I did some basic googling and it seems to be a lot of options to chose from, but from what I've gathered most people want BT speakers to be out and about with it, in the weather and etc. This is not my case.  


I want something to use inside the house, it can't be absolutely huge because there's a space constraint in both my desk where I spend the day and in the common kitchen. I want BT so I can connect multiple devices (smartphone, pc, tv) without much hassle with cables or a receiver (again, limited space).  My budget would be something like 100 euros, at most 150.   


I was looking at the 1280DB from Edifier but I would use them mostly in my room as they don't seem to be that portable to take them to the kitchen everynow and them, but smaller options with more portability are welcome. Saw some tribits and ankers being suggested too, but I have no idea which one to get. 

I have near to zero experience with speakers, but if it helps anything my references with headphones/IEM are: Hifiman HE400SE, Moondrop Chu and Quarks. I really like the sound of these chifi trio and I get that most 100 euros speakers won't be as good as a 150 headphone as the Hifiman. 

Any pointers and suggestions are welcome!

Completely out of the loop on BT speakers, which to get?

  If you want HEAVY bass at the expense of everything else, and yes, that's you if you're complaining about weak bass in flat EQ, then this is something you'll like.  For $110 at time of order this is annoyingly poor quality sound reproduction. At a third this cost I would not be irked.  Perhaps you would prefer40w bluetooth 5

 This matters.  The 5.3 version of bluetooth is a HUGE improvement because it allows the client device (speaker) to participate in channel mapping. This means you are more likely to avoid problems
