 I know this video is about one and a half years late, but it had to be made as so many people are being tricked into buying this dogshit IEM. After Chronicle gave the Blessing 2 dusk a pseudo S+, by rating the original an S and marketing the dusk as an upgrade, he sold an incredible amount of Blessing 2 dusks. But this IEM is complete garbage, and I'm gonna tell you why. Firstly, anyone who takes Chronicle seriously should really question their reality

 I would be in tears listening to this IEM from how bad it sounded. You guys just have low standards if you think this IEM is good. I would rather commit suicide than have to listen to this shit. It's that fucking bad

 This IEM literally has zero resolution. And the region around 8kHz and after is what you cannot fix with EQ. I would legitimately take 10 hi-fi t3 plus with EQ over the Blessing 2 dusk any day. This shit is garbage

Sound: Mids are standouts here. They are detailed and spacious, with good tonality. Treble is accurate, but feels cut off in the upper register. This makes for a more congested feeling,&nbsp;and the concentration on the lower treble&nbsp;can cause fatigue

Fit: Great for me, but they are semi-custom designed. So it may not fit everyone's ears

 The quality jump is definitely not apparent to me. I think I'd prefer a good bang for your buck pair of IEMs over these. If I was going to buy a pair of IEMs for the first time.

These IEMS are incredibly poorly designed. I have huge ears and find the Sony IER Z1R uncomfortable after a few hours. But I can take the discomfort for the sake of decent audio quality. However these are tortuous from the word go

 There is a horrid peak in between the mids and highs which colours everything with a nasty tinny schrillness. And that would be fatigue inducing, could I bear to have them in my ears that long. They are very much a poor man's Andromeda. But they are more uncomfortable and without the nicely balanced bass, though they do have some warmth

 I tried the Kato's based on a review from the Headphones Show on YT. They sounded really good, but then I heard about the Blessing 2s. I purchased them and to my ears, they sound better. I found the detail to be better on the B2s than on the Kato but the bass is a smidge better on the Katos

I like the Blessing 2 but it has some tonality issues for me. It's a little bright but doesn't seem to cross the line of being edgy or harsh. I found the bass a little light but not so light that I couldn't live with these as is if I had to. Fortunately, most of the issues I had can be corrected with eq: -They are a little shouty - corrected by a slight cut to the 2-3k range -I wish the treble was a little more extended to capture the harmonics from drum and cymbal strikes better

I typically wear medium-sized tips on all but deep insertion IEMs

Solid for the money with a few quirks

The drivers are tuned absolutely well and you will notice. The Blessing 2 also handles things like vocals like a king, so for things like musicals or opera you will love this. However with the stock ear-tips the sound can feel synthetic, especially when it comes to bass. For me the bass felt a bit tinny, but that may be due to it really focusing on sub-bass and not "true bass"(Frequency response)

It may have been my personal unit, but the ear-piece fell out multiple times from the connector, specifically the left one

 Also the Shures are an effortless fit whereas the Blessings require fiddling. The AlienEars are like a combination of the two. You get what you pay for. These are not $1000 IEMs for $300 as some claim

 The frequency extension is a real treat, but lows could be extended a bit further. The star of the show for me is the midrange. It evokes a richness and spaciousness that can be described as luxurious. The cable is very nice nicely braided and feels light, with a 4' length and very light microphonics
