Since the heat comes from whatever double burner it's placed on, it has no moving parts, and thus nothing can break or malfunction. However, that is not to say the design is not without flaws.
Our main gripe with the Nordic Ware is that it lacks a grease draining system. As it is, bacon and the like are cooked in a pool of their fat, and draining the grill is somewhat precarious. Additionally, the heat distribution across the surface can vary, as the heat comes from the two separate burners below. As with many other non-stick grills, we observed some food release issues in our scrambled egg test. Despite these limitations, this model proved its worth when making lots of food on a double burner stove.

So I wanted to show you my favorite griddle Now I know I have actually I probably have three or four two burner griddles I used to use them with my old stove I used them you know, just like this

 All right. First of all, as you've noticed in all my videos I keep it always on my stove top. okay if I really do want to use the middle burner, then move it over to the mill burner. I like it because that way it keeps one side of the stove clean at all times and the other reason is because that way if I do want to do, let's say have these two burners going I only have one other thing over here that I can heat up if I need be

 Tuesday My voice is back people.
