Hello, I have a Christmas business, in which I print and send letter/certificates/stickers "from Santa Claus" to small chrildren. As you may understand, every november until Dec 15 we massive print thousands of letters. The prints involve prints on pre-printed paper/hard paper/adhesive stickers.

Generally we print around 1-2K of pages every day ( we currently have 2 printers)

As i said we currently have 2 priners(hp  laser pro m254 &amp; hp laser MFP 178nw).  I want something similar like the 1st printer, fast and efficient. 

The 2nd is really slow and breaks easily. I have replaced the drum unit and now its shows a message for the transfer unit....
