You can get the GH5ii with the Leica 12-60 as a kit lens which is a fantastic walk-around lens but it's $200 more expensive than the S5 with the 20-60, which is also a nice lens though less versatile. I haven't used the GH5ii but I would say that as others have mentioned, given the AFC will be better at 4k60 and you'll have a crop on the S5 at that frame-rate, the GH5ii might be the better vlogging option, not to mention its livestream capabilities. And as others have noted, it has a larger lens ecosystem than the L-mount for the most part, plus the lenses are almost always going to be lighter and cheaper. I wouldn't worry too much about low-light performance unless you are planning on recording in poor lighting often.

It would serve as a nice lens for everyday shooting when thin depth of field isn't required. The Panasonic-Leica 12-60 f/2.8-4 is faster and sharper, but is twice the cost and about 30% larger and heavier. The M43 system has one of the largest selection of lenses in the mirrorless world, if you have a use case, there is probably a lens for it.

I think though my G9 didn't perform as best as it could because I mostly used my lumix 25mm f1.7. I hear the leica 12-60 is the best performing lens when it comes to autofocus on Lumix MFT. SO if your set on the Gh5mk2 definitely pick up a 12-60!.
