Got Royal Kludge RK84 delivered today (Cherry Red, RGB, hot-swappable). Plan to lube and do something with stabs later (but not sure will be finally done as I've never modded any keyboard yet), but it feels ok to me out of the box.

Royal Kludge RK84 is a golden one. Hotswappable and RGB, wireless with USB device or Bluetooth. Comes in white and black. Got it a month ago and couldn't be happier.

l board, such as offerings from Keychron and Royal Kludge. Neither switches nor stabilizers have any form of lube on them which results in a very rattly experience, and the sound is *quite* loud. Nonetheless, if it's your first mechanical board (just as they were mine), you'll have no issues with it, and might even be quite fond of the sound. The primary reason I suggest you not to go with CosmicByte, Redgear, and other similar cheaper Amazon offerings, is that the life expectancy of these keyboards is questionably low.

Tri-mode keyboards by Royal Kludge (RK68 or RK84) are good budget hotswap options, or the Tm680 tri-mode for a good budget barebones kit (although you have to buy switches and keycaps separately; they’ll still fall under that budget though). Edit: oops didnt see the full size requirement haha.
