 The canister is a mess to clean out. There are little brackets inside and dog hair constantly gets caught around them. I have to open the top and bottom and force the stuff out every single time. With that much hands-on help necessary, there’s no point in having the HEPA filters — everything gets all over my hands and in the air when I empty it, which I have to do several times every time I vacuum because it holds so little

 Even if you did have a free hand (maybe by straddling the canister and holding it with your legs), you can’t vacuum a cushion because… 3. The handle on the wand tool is so awkward that I can’t do it one-handed. It’s at a weird angle and the hose is so short that you have to use two hands to keep your wrists from getting exhausted after just a minute or two. 4

   I have no doubt my apartment will be cleaner and the wand for under the appliances is a real plus.

  The vacuum head is smaller, enabling it to get into places that were difficult with my other vacuum and the small vacuum head will be great for upholstery.  The suction is very good so there are no problems there..

 I had a Dyson before this. The reason I decided to try this one is because you can take the canister off to carry around while using the hose. Dyson doesn't have this feature that I have seen. The suction is not that great on the Shark

Not that impressed

I bought this a month ago, and there are things I like about it and things I don't.  I had to replace my Dyson that unfortunately took a tumble down the stairs and broke.  

Pros:  It's slim feature allows it to fit slightly under furniture and it has great suction.

I'll be returning this miniature vacuum. The cleaning path ACTUAL MEASUREMENT is barely 9" across, and there is nearly an inch on each side of the brush making it nearly impossible to get into any corners. I have a 12-year old Bissell that cost half as much at full price as this thing and can't see how this could clean any house with a decent amount of carpet without taking forever. Really disappointed and feel misled regarding the path size statement

VERY SMALL - Cleaning Path listed is not accurate

This vacuum has plenty of power and suction. It was easy to assemble. I used it one time and it really did a good job on my carpets and bare floors. This was probably the best vacuum I have ever purchased

  However, the filter cover would not stay on, it came off 5 times despite reattaching it as best I could.  I don't know if this is a problem with this model or if mine was a fluke.  I returned it for that reason.

Suction and all that was fine. Not too difficult to assemble though a little bit confusing. My only real complaint is that the hose section needs to be longer. I think the photos in the ad with the woman vacuuming her doorway above her head are misleading and maybe even photo-edited, as I tried doing that and had to hold the canister waaaay higher than she shows in the photo, and I am almost 5'7" tall

Kind of average

The vacuum has good suction but the design is awful. Canister has two side latches you have to undo both and put them back just right, not quick and easy one button release and snap back in. Canister is also small. Wish I'd checked this out in the store before I ordered it
