Vacuum Wars

 I actually get excited about vacuuming because you can do can dive and all kinds of hard to get to areas. It'S a totally useful feature, but the downside is all the arm movement that it takes to make these Jukes and jive really makes it noticeably harder to vacuum, and it doesn't help that this model is not quite but almost twice as heavy as earlier navigators at twenty One point two: five pounds versus thirteen point: seven pounds for the NV 352. I thought. Well, perhaps the secret of loving this vacuum is with the new powered brush roll and using the canister in the other hand, and if you have it in hardwood floor mode without the brush roll running, I like it, I could get used to vacuuming this way

 Dyson included that outperforms shark in this basic function of what they're supposed to do ie clean floors. I also like that they finally included LED lights on the navigator series. A feature which I have come to find is absolutely essential for detailed cleanings before we move on to the negative stuff. This next feature is kind of in the middle, since I like it a lot, but it causes a slight problem that is the swivel of the floor

 It is light on my vacuuming arm that is holding the canister, in the other hand, evens out the weight. So if you have mostly hardwood floors in your house, I would love this vacuum in lift whay mode. However, when using the brushroll in lift away mode, ostensibly the reason that this vacuum is called powered, I didn't care for it for one. The brushroll is just too powerful without the weight of the vacuum on it and it's hard to control

 Moving forward, this is especially noticeable if you're using the extension wand and floor nozzle. It really moves first, the good stuff since I'm a glass-half-full type of guy. The performance is as good or slightly better than earlier, navigators in terms of suction and performance on hardwood floors and carpets. I honestly believe that there is no vacuum

 With the canister placement so far forward you can't get under anything. I really like my Shark Rocket but this one is questionable.

Design doesn't let you get under anything

First time with a Shark vacuum cleaner. Had for several months now, so I think this might add a little more perspective. Vacuum power is tremendous. The dirt box will make you cringe to think you had that much stuff on your floors

More clunky than I expected it to be.

 This Shark Navigator Liftaway works great with plenty of easily adjustable suction on hardwood and rugs. The dust canister is light and convenient when I vacuum the stairs, under the furniture or the blinds. By the way, the lights on the head of the floor accessory is an added plus that our Dyson doesn’t have.

Light and Convenient

This vacuum really sucked! Unfortunately, that all ended when, while vacuuming carpet, it suddenly jerked sideways and stopped moving. I found that the floor nozzle had separated from the wand, revealing wires, a broken piece of plastic, and some kind of spring that had fallen out. The seller referred me back to Amazon, which will issue a partial refund after I return the unit. Very disappointed

 Easy to clean, easy to change modes (hard floor/carpet) and to remove parts for different jobs. Buttons are clearly marked. Recommended.

Tips over easily

Happy with this for the money, unfortunately sucked up a sock and the motor blew had to but another one. Thankful they are not pricey.
