Sony SRS-XB23

In fact, i can't recommend this enough, so i would recommend which i didn't grabbing. Two xb23s or two xb33s, or more than that, if you can afford it ...

I ordered a Sony SRS-XB23, but am disappointed in the sound quality. Even after fiddling with the EQ settings, it just doesn't have the same fullness of the SoundLink, so I'll probably return it and move up a tier.

As for sound quality, I have a Sony SRS-XB23 that sounds about as good as what I would like to get her, but if there's a cheaper one that compares at all, that. I'd actually get her one of those, but it does turn off after a while if the paired device goes out of range, and the buttons are kind of hard to see.

Unfortunately, it doesn't get very loud, and there are compression artifacts at max volume. That said, it's durable and well-built, making it a suitable option if you're looking for a speaker that you can take with you outdoors.

My only options right now are the Sonys SRS-XB33 and the SRS-XB23, but I don't know if other brands have LDAC on their speakers. I only listen to FLAC files and I use Wavelet for a more neutral sound on my actual speaker (Xiaomi Mi Portable Bluetooth Speaker) and AutoEq for my Headphones (Sony WH-1000XM4, Moondrop Aria, Phillips SHP9500). I won't go over 50% volume and it will only be used in my bedroom and kitchen, so water resistance is not necessary. Best sound quality possible.

I'm not a big fan of the Sony XB23. I think the Anker would be the better choice here but its still not great.
