  But for all these drawbacks, I still absolutely love this laptop. The design, functionality of the pen and screen, the power to run large complex spreadsheets or even games in my spare time. The chassis is metal which is another plus for me, giving it a bit more durability in the harsh environment of a restaurant. It fills a niche role for me perfectly, so it may not be what you're looking for

EDIT 9/29: thank you all for the responses—I wasn’t expecting so many! After some more consideration, the M1 MacBook Air sounds like it might actually be a better option than a gaming-specific laptop.  Love the keyboard. I'm a mechanical-keyboard type of person, and while I typically hate low-profiles, I liked the keyboard on this laptop enough that it was the decision-making factor when it came down to a few options. Handles smaller games great, professional looking and would recommend to anyone using it for non-webcam related purposes.  Update: Some serious graphical glitches came with this laptop
