Not cheap plastic like everyone saying. Its durable enough for me. Comfortablility isnt all that great which is 1/3 the reason why I bought a new headset. After just 45 min of continuous use, I found myself picking the ear cups up to relieve some pressure

The over-ear padding does put some pressure on the ears which takes time to get used to. The noise canceling is pretty good. I have a portable air conditioner that gets pretty loud and most people I asked if they could hear it going, didn’t even know I had one on. The sound quality is okay

Pros: Fantastic Sound when working, Incredibly impressive sound cancellation, Mic is great at only picking up your voice and not background Cons: Occasionally cuts out giving loud feedback, Feedback chance increases after 10 feet, battery life of ~5 hours which is fine for casuals but not hardcore gamers, does not charge and perform at the same time.

Ive used is almost every day for gaming, Disney+, and phone conversations. The headset has no visible wear or has parts that have broke. The sound and mic quality are as good as the day I bought it. The foam for the earcups and headband have no wear

This is my second head set I've gotten cause I stepped on the reciver and damage it and no you cant use the old head set to the new receiver and try to save the new head set for later I've tried and make sure you charge it befor every use and no you cant use it while charging or plug a Jack to your controller hence idk why they have the Jack there if you cant use it when power starts to die other then that I like the product and you may have difficulty setting it up just look up videos and use your computer to update head set and change settings to you might prefer
