So I had been using a cheap kotion each g2000 headset for over 2 years and I wasn't very pleased with the experience( can't really ask much considering the price is only 15€) . My main problem was the comfortability, especially of the headband as my head started to ache after 3-4 hours of gaming sessions. I am thinking of buying something between the razer blackshark v2 , the hyperX cloud alpha and the coolermaster mh751. I want overall good well balanced sound and I am extremely concerned about them being comfortable for long hours

Okay, I did a crazy amount of research and testing. Did major search/compare on RTINGS and TheSoundGuys. Brought home my top 4 candidates (Drop PC38X, G433, Corsair Virtuoso XT, Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless). Did my own listening tests (classical/opera, pink noise, white noise at different frequencies) and recording tests (audio spectrum comparison with and without external noise playing)

Minor plus: the microphone right out of the box was actually good at reducing background noise, though it didn't sound that great to begin with. NVIDIA Broadcast app is like cheat-mode for removing background noise, and I run that all the time. So, this was a small thing to consider, but just out of the box, it could keep down the sound of my mechanical keyboard to a minimum, which was not something any other headset had seemed to be do.
