Between the weird layouts of the side pockets on the 20l zip that (in my opinion) fold out the wrong way, and the rear pouch that is just too hard to access once the main bag is full, I’m happy to see peak design have just popped zipper pockets inside the main case of the 30l for organising stuff you don’t need in transit and a much easier to access pocket at the front. - Better through hiking comparability.

I’ve had their everyday backpack 20L and 30L, their travel backpack, the 5L and 10L sling bags and every single one of them were woefully under built in the strap department. They are okay if empty in the store but as soon as they have a load, they are a huge pain. As cool as their bags are, I wouldn’t ever consider them anymore.

One might not notice, but having purchased two of these previously since 2017, I noticed. It's always a disappointment when a manufacturer downgrades quality on a beloved product (& continues to charge the same price).
